This is where zagg is flawed, i got the invisible shield for my iPod touch after such a pain to get it on, within a month i had a massive dent/ scratch. Yes it wasn't on the actual screen but who wants to see it on the cover above the screen? are they saying once the visibility of the screen is bad due to scratches on the screen people will buy a new one and re apply? wtf

Yes if you put a knife to the screen with the screen protector on, the screen protector will get scratched but within a few hours will gain its shape back and look just like new. I know from experience

@SuperSmartAzn I have a zagg on my Samsung Focus and on my wifes iPhone. I have also used several different brands and kinds of protectors in the past. Nothing compared to zagg. The price included :-) You really have to feel the quality and the durability. Yeah, it does not really scratch. You really can feel that it is not an ordinary screen protector. Man! I just sounded like a salesman...

Yes the zagg is better, in quality, it sticks better than other brands i've tried, but my point is you can do this test with any other brand's protective cover and you would get the same result, a unscratched screen. This commercial doesnt really show how it's better than other covers
