OMG the music is so AMAZING Aaron and the pictures aswell,I want to ask you that i noticed that some men wore foundation makeup back then right ?? Im so observative hehe
Wonderful accompaniment as usual! My parents' best friends, Ross and Olna Same, married in 1926 and celebrated their 59th anniversary before Ross died in 86 at 88. In the 70's Olna had a plaque made that said "1926 Was A Very Good Year!" And how!
I'm pretty sure the gliss that "RahmSifr" asked about is a english policeman's penny whistle. I'm wondering who the band is. They sould modern but I don;t think it;s the susual suspect.s like The Night Hawks or Original Prague Syncopators.. maybe Michael Aranella and His Dream Orch? Someone got any idea?
Gosh, this is absolutely divine. Would someone be able to tell me what the instrument is called that makes the glissando sound at 0:06 ? (As far as I know it's not a slide whistle). - Thanks in advance.
By the way i Like the fact that men wore that sort of makeup the dark kohl eyes and while powder i think its so sexy:D
