The only things that are on the back are the stamped signature of the Registrar below a legal statement certifying the certificate is on file by the Dept of Health.

@8Thirst actually dude, McCain was born on a US military base in the Panama Canal Zone, since it was a military base, it is considered a territory the the US, and all people born in US territories are born US citizen, but they cannot vote, or run for president until they move out of the territory and start living in 1 of the 50 states. I dont like what they are doing in Arizona, it sickens me, but McCain is a US citizen by birth. I do agree with your views that this law is wrong though.
