  • I used to be afraid of this movie...

  • the only thing missing is the awesome pizza hut commercial thats on the vhs version

  • @thehman59 yea I remember that commercial, had a young Goldberg from Mighty Ducks, with that old song "playing right field, it's important you know, you gotta loearn how to catch, you gotta learn how to throw" I had the vhs and watched the movie so many times as a kid that the commecial would always be shown

  • Great movie so many memories. I was always a huge TMNT fan as a kid. Played the vhs to death. and had turtles everything. I love the music in the intro and as the guys running into the old warehouse with those 2 wailing guitar notes was pretty awesome. and for some reason the bass part in the into sounds much like Roger Water's bass part in Pink Floyd's Run like hell! just the solid bass beat was very similar! Great movie. If they do make a remake they better not screw it up!!

  • IT'S THE FOOT GET THEM!!!

  • God this movie's soundtrack rocks!

  • Raphael is a freakin cry baby!

  • Motherfuckin' Sam Rockwell.

  • I liked all 3 of the movies. The first was by far the best thought. More dark and gritty than cartoony.

  • @Marshmallowrex part 2 was alright

  • teenage retarded ninja turtles..... WHY DID THEY INVENT THIS GAY MOVIE. ANIMATION IS BETTER

  • @Richard600606 BECAUSE ITS A GREAT MOVIE FORGET YOU!!!!

  • @Richard600606 shut the fuck up this is a great Movie!!!!!! the third one was horrible

  • there will NEVER be another movie like this ever in my lifetime. i was 6 when this came out and it didnt need no stupid 3D or sound effects. just plain old great coreography and a kick ass story line.

  • I dont remember too much swearing...

  • The 1 dislike was from Shredder!

  • @Coruz Damn that shredder!!!!

  • @Coruz

    LOL!! i like that

  • I used to love this as a kid. Now I realize its like the minority version of power rangers lol

  • @AdamElseify but power rangers was japanese dude...

  • Ahhhh this takes me back when I was a little kid. The movie was 3 years old when I was born, but it was still popular then. I haven't watched the movie in a very long time. Thanks ganjas!

  • i found out a couple yrs ago that corey feldman did the voice for donatello in the movie and uncle phil from the fresh prince of bel air did the voice for shredder in the cartoon.

  • i loooooooved this movie as a child and still do. i love the turtles!

  • whats the name of the jazz song there dancing to during meditation, its not ninjitsu,

  • @littledrummerboy37 Tequila...the same song Pee Wee dances to in Pee Wee's Big Adventure. No joke.

  • 5:22 LOL

  • ah man ill never forget this intro. so epic. i visited new york recently and i felt like i was in the ninja turtles movie.

  • Man, those days where golden. I still love the turtles, i don`t give a damn about how much cgi or 3D every movie has these days, THIS was/is pure awesome, soul and everything. Have all of them on dvd, watching them often. I never get bored or to old of turtles or other GREAT classic movies. The magical atmosphere all these classics gives me is priceless.

From out of the dark came an awesome sound,

shouted "Cowabunga!" as they hit the ground !

  • How is this bitch scared of rats, and living in NYC?

  • @tncl85

I laughed so hard at this.

  • @tncl85 you sound like a misogynist. i suggest you seek help at a local counseling center.

  • @whatubeaccount1 aw, look at you...using big words on youtube and handing out sarcastic advice. do you feel smart now?

  • Man this type of movie could only work int he 90's I doubt they can ever revive TMNT.

  • @RickyRecruit agreed

  • they did the costumes so well, they look exactly how they do in the cartoon and comics.

  • notice how new york was back then. a bunch of blue collar people. it was much better back then. when you didn't have to be a millionaire to live there.

  • @barudzija7 you only have to be rich to live in Manhattan, brooklyn is much less expensive.

  • After watching this over and over..and over and over. One night I watched it and just paid attention to Donnie. Dude, the little stuff he does throughout the movie is just hilarious. Like when the building's burning and they make their getaway. He delivers this wacky Soulja Boi superman punch. xD Then he's wearing a cowboy hat xD. Just too funny.

  • man rember you where not cool on the playground till you saw this movie!!!

  • Judith Hoag in this movie and Laura Dern in Jurassic Park were my biggest crushes back in the day.

  • @bordertown Judith Hoag is uglier then hell

  • Invisibility!

  • dang did raph just say damn?......DAAAMMMNNN!

  • Pizza dude's got thirty seconds

  • @cenzo39 Believe it or not... that pizza dude is Michelangelo :D

  • Thank you so fucking much for Uploadin' this, dude!!!!! Reminds my old 2 yr. self... (yes I can remember those years...most epic age EVER)

  • give me three! haha

  • April's afraid of a small rat? Stupid banana raincoat wearing bitch.

  • I saw this on the big screen again at a local midnight movie in Denver a couple of months ago. It was BOSA NOVA!! (1 person is in the foot clan).

  • I saw this on the big screen again at a local midnight movie in Denver a couple of months ago. It was BOSA NOVA!!

  • This movie is awesome. Not only is the animatronic work excellent, but I love the dark tone and gritty style. This movie didn't talk down to its audience; it knew that the kids watching wanted more than you normally get from a Saturday-morning cartoon, and damn it all, that's what they got. This movie understands that kids can understand more adult themes such as death, separation and whatnot, and it isn't afraid to show it.

Also, this had smoking, drinking and swearing, and its rated PG.

  • I can still quote these movies word-for-word. God bless the good old days.

  • Judith Hoag w/o question is my favorite April O'Neal in the Movie Versions

To me, Judith was not only a babe and HOT, but was also somebody that would get into all of the action

Paige Turco on the other hand is a good actress, but when she played April in the 2nd film, she seemed more nervous and here's a fact:

Paige is 3 years older than Judith Hoag

Judith is 43 and she still looks HOT and Paige Turco is 46 and she's also a Former Daytime Soap Star and has appeared in Party of Five

  • the scene and music that begins at 0:05 sends a fucking shiver up my spine. I can't even describe the memories it brings back. Long live people who were born between '86 and '90

  • @NevadaWrangler

I totally agree with everything you said. I don't like the new stuff either

  • raphael is my favorite cus he always seemed like a badass

  • Im 12 I Usd To Collect All Of There Action Figures I Didnt Grow Up IN the 80's but i used to watch this movie and number two and i watch yhem all the time

  • haha i can not sit through this whole movie without saying every line....i dont know what it is about this movie...just glued to me haha

  • oh, sweet childhood

  • @ DragonBelle what???? April wuz a sexy lil mug on here

  • WAYYYYYY better than the new TMNT crap they have on tv and movies. Saw this as a kid just like everybodu else on here lol

  • Live action April O'Niel is not nearly as hot as her cartoon counterparts.

  • at 8:17 i thought he was farting

  • why,does,raphael,sound,italian,and,the,rest,of,the,turtles,sound,english(american)

  • I swear if it wasn't for the Nina Turtles, I don't think I would have started eating pizza. I never wanted to try it before I heard of them. When I finally did try it, it was actually good and till this day one of my favourite foods.

  • Best Kid's movie ever. That is all.

  • @heathenbreathinfire Turtles 2 was more ment for kids. I heard many parents complained that this movie was too violent. I can watch this movie now and still be fairly entertained even if it is like 20 years later. Turtles 2 although when I was a kid was my favourite, I can't watch it now because it's seems kinda lame. This is something both adults and kids can watch. Was more dark.

  • im 22 and ninja turtles was always my favorite i had like every action figure all the tapes bugs bunny 2, what kinda shows do they have nowadays rlly dora a little spanish girl getting lost with her monkey i think my gen had way better kid stuff power rangers wwf southpark simpsons shit no wonder we were so fucked up lol but i got scrapes and ran around outside something was lost along the way, nowadays kids get carpel tunnel as there worst injury or sore eyes from the screen, its sad really

  • @ganjasmokintildeath wait, did you compare a preschool/kindergarden (mostly watched by girls) to tweens(PR), All ages (WWF) and a couple of cartoons aimed at an older demograghic (Simpsons/Southpark)... o_0?... trust me we had some pretty crazy stuff growing up (I'm 21), Muppet babies, big comfy couch, Little Bear... not really much a difference...only Dora teaches spanish

  • @ForeverMutation your kinda focusing on the wrong part of what i was tryna say, instead of pickin apart everything i said and bein a douchebag mayb try n get the point i was trying 2 convey 2 u, plus i didnt know id b judged on show selection, but what do they have now rlly? mtv has no music nick at nite plays shows like the nanny i didnt watch it 4 a reason i dnt wnna c it now, wheres i love lucy n 3s company, tv sucks now it ruled til 2000 mayb 2001 r.i.p old friend youll b missed

  • @ForeverMutation what would you like me 2 compare it 2 everything sucks they put out there neways and i neva watched that baby bullshit mayb sometimes when i was sick and there was nothin 2 watch but i was more of a jerry springer or mtv watcher back then during the daytime

  • @ForeverMutation Or what about Mr. Dressup ? That guy was cool back in the day . xD . Heard he died though which sucks .

  • @ForeverMutation dude big comfy couch scared the shit outta me........

  • @ForeverMutation Bear in the Big Blue House !!!!!

  • @ForeverMutation OMG I muss the Muppet Babies... Ah, nostalgia.

I grew up on the TMNT cartoons myself.

  • @ForeverMutation Little Bear? My little girl loves Little Bear! Funny.

  • @ganjasmokintildeath power rangers still going, south park still going, simpsons still going and WWE which we all know was WWF is still going so yeah, dont mean to put you down but your point has no meaning :/

  • @Saint666ist power rangers r still going really? thats the first i heard, everything in the "wwe" kinda sucked past 2001, south park is still funny sometimes and so is the simpsons but there never going 2 b like they used 2 yea i get there still going but there not as popular or the same music is changed evrything, kids dont know how 2 play sports unless they get the game 4 xbox, the point i was making was im glad i grew up in the era i did, if u miss my point now then idrc condescending dick

  • @ganjasmokintildeath thats absolutely incorrect on a number of things. its called nickjr for a reason. its for LITTLE kids. obviously parents dont want there little children watching southpark. and guess what, they still have ninja turtles, and i like the newer version a lot better than the older. and its wier because from what it looks like this movie kind of seems more like the newer. and injuries? thats is a load of bullshit. kids are active and get ijuries like broken bones and whatever else

  • @ahh10123 FUCK OFF, u still watch ninja turtles? like the new shows? u have time 2 get up on the weekend and watch cartoons? how old r u?if ur over 13 14 thats sad, unless u have a kid but im not so sure youve ever seen a vagina so dont kno how thatd work, get a life if u dont like what i say u dont have 2 agree and if u dont relate then obv the comment wasnt meant 4 u, so like i started it FUCK OFF, cuz its not the same and never will b just like there wont b another 60s 70s or 80s shit changes

  • @ganjasmokintildeath What are you SAYING?

  • @LilJay03 i wasnt talking 2 u dont worry

  • @ganjasmokintildeath lol ok fag

  • @ganjasmokintildeath I hear that man !! The 90s as I've always said were the golden age of cartoons for us . I remember power rangers, rocko's modern life, TMNT, Spider Man Animated Series . Hilarious stuff . LOL .

  • I'm 21 too . xD .

  • @ganjasmokintildeath Are you serious? I agree our gen had better cartoons but Dora isnt that bad, its educational, my niece is 2 years old counting along in english and spanish because of Dora. Power Rangers are shit, wwf was the shit back in the day, Southpark is so damn funny cause it goes after topics and makes fun of them, and alot of stuff on southpark that they make fun of is actual stuff. Simpsons have been around just as long as the turtles

  • @ganjasmokintildeath Not all kids. Some like the 80s and/or 90s. I know i do. :)
