I could see after 2 or 3 rounds but the definition you got would seem almost impossible in 90 days, even though I do think P90x is the real deal.

Yeah its good that you have to put in effort to see results, as you get so many products that show you do nothing and you suddenly become like hulk. I do realise it's not a scam, just a lot old fashion hard work.

@khan020202 yeah just look up results on youtube, these are real people that did the program as it was intended, there is no scam involved, but dont think for a second that these results come easy, you have to eat right, and work out hard every day. but its more than worth it as you can see.

The only supplement i added to my diet was 1-2 protein shakes a day, eas from costco. The nutrition plan makes it happen, keep with a higher protien diet and a consistent caloric deficit you you can be skin n muscle or anywhere in between depending on how you work your diet.
his back looks CRAZY! The muscles on the lower back are stringy looking! Did he work out that much that he got crazy new back muscles. Ive never seen muscles in the back like that before.

I followed the classic routine. Diet I use fitday.com to count calories and maintained a 500-600 calorie deficit. i also kept the diet high in protien the whole time, 40-50%.
