Had I seen this 12 years ago when Jasmuheen gave this talk, I'd have screamed "way out!" - today I live living on light and it's the most normal, sane and healthy thing ever occurred to me.
I have been back and forth with the living on light, but never had a teacher like Jasmuheen...
