  • hey look! Its andy de frain!

  • Nice video. I've wondered if it confused students to associate songs with certain intervals where the tonic is different than the fixed root your working off of. Example would be NBC. Yes it's a M6, but the ear gravitates towards that last note of F, instead of hearing how the A really sits against the C in the key of C.

    Nice vid. Well explained.

  • bAno

  • I thought the Simpson's intro used a Tri-Tone (dim 5) in the intro.

  • is the minor second the same as the major second?

  • *BOOM* GUITARS LESSONS DOT COME !

  • Fantastic lesson indeed

  • thnx for your videos x) i think that there are not a lot of comments because everyone who watches them are holding a guitar xD

    thnx again 5/5

  • very good lesson friend, helped alot

  • forgot the minor second

  • it would help if he actually explained how to use the formula for the major scale to identify the intervals. Instead he just told you what the intervals were.

Although the whole association concept was a nice addition to the lesson. I really liked how he associated some intervals with well known theme tunes.

  • Great video dude. Really helped me understand intervals even better than before. It also helped my learn to play scales thanks dude!

  • Why are you discriminating against minor seconds? Are they not good enough to be in your video or something? lol I'm just messin, great job btw.
