  • Several questions I need to ask you

    1. Is the asiago cheese easy to get?

    2. Can I substitute the white wine with something else?

    3. Is it true that it's dangerous to cook with olive oil because my dad said it was.

    thats about it ^^

  • @super643d

Asiago would be in your refrigerated section next to the parmesan and romano "chunks" or "blocks" of cheese.

It is widely available in a large grocery store.

You can sub the wine with apple juice or chicken broth.

Olive oil dangerous? I have never heard that, but I would not want to Deep Fry with olive oil.

You can also find a list of ingredients in 95% of the videos by clicking the "show more" under the video.

    Thank you for your questions!

  • @freitasex Thank you for replying quickly

  • @sorega2

    Great idea, thank you!

  • Ooooh, you reminded me of one of my old faves - make two thin patties of extra lean ground beef - fill them to within 1/4" of the edge, seal and cook as normal. I used to saute mushroom and onion then put a slice of cheese between the patties. Oooh baby. I think I'll try that with chicken; not being a big fan of ham, I'd totally enjoy the shrooms and onions with it though. The sauce you made would be perfect with it too. Thanks so much!

  • @thizizliz

That is what it is all about, giving ideas so we don't eat the same thing all the time :)

  • @Xiia0Sn00pY

In this case I did not, I don't think you need to because of the ham and the gravy was made with heavily salted chicken broth.

  • your man gravy is so thick...

  • @sweet00976

    Yes, very!

  • I do enjoy watchinhg these videos. But I do want to pass comment on one thing. Firstly we see you in many a video with fresh ingredients. Then part way through you open a tin of (in this case chicken broth) Why don't you make your own broth, why get it from a tin. You put so much effort into cooking, then in my eyes spoil it with tinned ****.

It would be like going into Gordin Ramsays, paying £100 for a meal to find that the sweet was tinned strawberrys and not fresh.

  • @paul1967uk

Because I am a home cook, certainly no G Ramsey.

I will never be a professional, just change it if you are going to make it and then you will be professional :)

  • @freitasex :-) great video. Would be good though considering all the effort you put into these, if you made it all from fresh.

  • nice stuff

  • @kent0149

  • where did you learn to cook so well and so many recipes ?:P

  • @Sephiroth0232

When you are as old as I am, you just learn more with age.

  • you might want to change the spelling of Chicken, just a heads up ! :)

  • @bladez0rz23

Oh thank you.... I changed the spelling, thanks!

  • can i use other cheese??
