  • Hey, great video, and form! Is there a reason for doing your left leg on the cement block? I guess it would be harder to fully extend your right leg after training it...

  • great form

  • Lonestar u r inspiring thanks for the videos

  • OK now throw 405 on a bar and do it.

  • @mathiastheok

Whats this supposed to mean? Are you claiming you can do this with a 405 bar?

  • Hardcore - Makes Sarah Conner look like a cheese sandwich!

  • Checked you other videos - everything sharp, smart and professional. Rare seen quality, without bells and whistles. I know you invested thousands of hours to get what you have...

  • Was anyone counting? I was distracted

  • wow amazing form and strenght! I am your fan now :)

  • Is performing the squat upon the block a progression towards the squat on the ground?

  • @drumfisk If you can't lift the non-working leg high enough, it still allows you to squat low without the hassle of having the free leg limit your depth.

So if a person has the leg strength to do pistol squats, but are limited because of flexibility, then using the block enables them to perform the exercise.

  • Great balance needed!

  • First comment! Wow Lonestar, that is fantastic. Didn't even touch the ground once (with the other foot). It's GOT be hard to keep your balance on those (in addtion to needing strength and endurance of course)! What's your fitness background?
