Storing fly ash isnt a viable solution. The TVA seem unaware of the new RockTron technology, designed to recycle 100% fresh and stockpiled fly ash to produce industrial eco-minerals.

The $5 Billion cleanup budget could build 100 RockTron recycling plants instead, saving power plants millions, preserving the environment and protecting our valuable natural resources.

Planning? Did anyone check the pond retaining walls before the rains? Stuck on stupid, seriously. And knowing the south had that terrible drought,last year and the year before, wells drying up, the prospects of water are looking dimmer. People need to get involved or you will end up going thirtsy. Water boards are very powerful in CA. More than just lawyers they suck, open your mouths and show up at meetings. Be the thorn in their sides!

the flinn family should sue that plant for a minimum of 250,000$ or more...

i'm against regulation though. we don't need the government to hold our hand every minute we breathe, they are too involved in private lives as it is. this shows total incompetence of the employees at that plant, and every one of them should be fired after hiring replacements.

Hell I see more than two minutes of commercials telling everyone how safe and clean coal technology is.

I guess perception is being handled as usual.
