i used to think it was the sugar doing it to my son until i realised that it was the artificial coloring in the sweets. to a child it makes them go bonkers and to an adult it makes them angry or iritable.

If their parents at least give them the habit to eat fruits, and all this sugar only on birthdays, no big deal.
