The ASA has already ruled that the advert will be taken, by the majority, for what it is - a fun harmless advert. I got a reply saying that basically, despite the complaints they have already received about this series of ads, they feel that the ad is an obvious dramatisation on stereotypes, i.e. not to be taken seriously and that Oven Pride have seen a huge increase in sales since the ads have aired. They are completely missing the point!
