Maybe my standards are low, but out of all the Shiloh's I've seen on youtube, this is the one I want! Beautiful animal.

He is not an ISSR Shiloh,as far as what i know,BECAUSE ISSR SHILOHS DON'T HOOK THEIR TAILS UP WHEN WALKING OR IN GAIT,like this dog in the video does,and he has not good signs of a good(issr) Shilohs .

Of course he IS an ISSR Shiloh.
It appears that the only time his tail rises above the topline is during excitement, which is ok. When relaxed, his tail hangs beautifully, and is a nice and full saber tail.
