  • watch form 0:42 and that song is so awesome....

  • I think "sanctioned hate sponges" is the funniest string of three words I've ever heard.

  • Press 4 for "Hey Bill!"

  • I think their all black holes!

  • Do you have the first advert for this show where the image of a brain in the standby colors pops up on the screen?

  • If you could find this, it would be a treasure for me here in America.

I am the artist that created the image and I have not had any way to view the advert yet. Please see if you can find and post it. Thank you- Nathan

  • @PUPAGANDA google images?

  • @TheRealBarnez I'm looking for the actual advert, for some reason in america we can't see what the UK can view. Thanks to anyone that can help out.

  • I'd love to have that old TV :D

  • perfect show

  • awesome- although you could have included the "dim binaries" like sam and amanda, the cheeky gals and dick and dom

capital letters, much like ska, are so forty years ago.

  • Jesus, I love this show so much. Brooker for PM.

  • I'm assuming Stephen Fry is the supermassive black hole at the centre of this Galaxy of Fame, yes?

  • @Reibusu sorry if i'm coming across that way, the internet is hardly the best way to show your tone of voice :/

im not angry at all, just trying to explain how i dont feel that i should be forced to use capitals online, i do at school etc; just not on youtube or facebook

and again, the original comment was an attempt at irony relating to the title.

    Sorry.

  • sorry yeah i did get it, i was just being sarcastic about the title rather than the content of the actual video, i just thought it was a tad ironic. (Sorry, i'm not very good with sarcasm as my friends constantly tell me). and sorry if my lack of capitals offends you (as i type this I'm realising that this sounds quite standoffish and honestly i don't mean it like that :/) but to be honest it's a comments box not an english essay, surely it's the content and essense of the comment which matters?

  • @rachel237linda Indeed, but capital letters are for the benefit of the reader--they help to visually break up the block of text so the reader can concentrate on the "content and essence" of what you've written. Not using them is pretty much typographical rudeness ;) and is going to limit your audience.

  • @citydog I honestly do see your point but to be honest it's a free country. at least I spell. most people at my school don't use capitals on they're own names on GCSE coursework and I go to a grammar school. Youtube and Facebook are the only places I write without capitals and occasionally i do slip back into good grammar. That's just me.

And sorry, but I'm not really that bothered with audience, the comments box isn't a popularity contest.

again, this sounds rude but I don't mean it like that.

  • Gaitskell wasn't that fat.

  • Brilliant analogy!

  • HAHAHA. GOOD.

  • so the bbc is publishing how tv ruined your life??? hypocritical much???

  • @rachel237linda It's hardly hypocritical. It's might be saying TV is bad for you, it's not saying you should stop watching it.

  • @EIN771 Not even that, just counterproductive. Hypocritical would most certainly be a live broadcast by Chief Beebeesee declaring that television is wonderful and we should worship it... straight after this show.

  • @rachel237linda Not really, no.

  • @rachel237linda I don't think you get it.

  • @rachel237linda what

  • @rachel237linda Someone who fails to use capital letters in a comment will never be taken seriously.

  • This is such a perfect analogy.
