All the sounds you used sound very samey, I'd hope there's more than just the Nintendo-a-like sounds. Nothing here my MS-2000 can't do. I'd maybe have included more sounds and less noodling.

How does the VA in this compare (quality wise) to something like a Nord Lead 2X? This sounds more like a Moog to me. I'm thinking of unloading a 2X to put towards a PC3X...(I know it will take a good deal more work programming it).

Well, you cannot really hear what it sounds like in youtube. It'd have to be a wave file or a high quality (192kbps or higher) mp3 file to actually hear the "analog" sound. I think you can try the Kurzweil website, maybe there's some better quality analog sound demos.

In my opinion, too . I pre-ordered it, before I even heard any demos, really. But I had heard the K2600 and PC2 demos. I wasn't disappointed to say the least ;). Many places have the 30-day return period, right? I'd say go for it. The software editor should be out soon, too.

I heard the PC3x at a store last Wed... I wasnt really impressed... nothing I cant get with my Yamaha S90es and Korg microX

Ok, seems you've made the right decision for you , then. Synth sounds in this video are probably 25% of the actual sound quality you get, due to youtube.

Sure sure, but does omnisphere do pianos, orchestral sounds... etc... This is not just virtual analog sounds. And you can't hear the quality of this in youtube. This is an all-around synth keyboard, while the omnisphere is a software synth. I fail to see the point in comparing these two. I am merely displaying the instrument, not trying to prove its supremacy.

Youtube refused to get this in stereo, even though I encoded it exactly right. Sorry about it. This means it's in MONO sounds, 22500KHZ and 64kbps. This is HARDLY the quality it should be. I am sorry, but I can't get it to work in stereo.
