  • OH MY GOSH SHES ADORABLE!!!!!!!!! I LOVE HER!!!! she looks like my boxer when she was little!! :) gosh they are knuckle heads but u gotta love them ;)

  • So that's what a Boxer looks like with a tail!!! Looks Nice!!

  • i love boxers and your dog looks just like mine

  • @Misspoisonous , i was talking mainly about boxers and it is hardly comparable to amputating a persons leg! Docking at a young age is pain free, at that time the pup has no feeling in their tail, so how can they miss somthing they have never has? Anyway in my experience docking has been the best option, and i am speaking from the point of view of someone that has been brought up with a breader and always known allot of dogs.

  • I agree that the ear cropping isn't compleetly necesary, but docking tials IS. if you do it young enough (around 3 days old) then it is practicly pain free and a small sacrifice for them not breaking their tail at an older age and having to dock it then.

  • @Englishrose98S and @LOKISlog7 If you think that amputating a person's leg is the safest option in case they break it in the future, then docking tails makes perfect sense. It's ridiculous to say that it's necessary, any dog can hurt their tail and it doesn't make it 'neccessary' to dock 90% of dog breeds. It hinders the dog's ability to communicate properly with other dogs - often the reason they get into fights because other dogs can't tell if they're friendly or not.

  • Oooooh. Soooo sorry! How'd I do that? Oooops. Apologies!

  • Oh Marshalljimduncan, so sorry how you feel about dogs and their god-given ears and tails. Docking and cutting an animal is not safe nor healthy. Where did you get that info? Have you ever seen a poor animal with its ears bandaged and then they get caught up in something? Or infected? And the ear is made up of many parts and once you dock the ears, they actually lose some hearing. Healthier? No. Unnecessary? Yes. And all because of what people want to see. I love the floppy ears!

  • @janpalmernov3 I think you may have me confused with someone else. I agree with your statement 110%

  • @AMANOTAVANTA you arn't aloud to dock tails in the UK anymore

  • I think weter you like the ears or not is what you are used to, you havn't been able to crop dogs ears in the UK for a long time so i have only ever had dogs without. There have been cases where there ears have been caught or bitten, and it would probably have been safer to crop them.

  • I find myself watching Boxer videos again....and OMG I want to hug that puppy so adorable

  • Simply adorable, enough said :)

  • that was so cute !

  • SO gorgeous !!!!

  • too bad you have her tail on

  • Boxers look so much better with their natural ears.

  • @marshalljimduncan DISAGREE 100% Have only owned to breed standard; Cropped and Docked Boxers and Dobermans- Its the safest and healthiest option. I wont get into a philosophical debate on the issue; just my personal opinion. I would NEVER own one that was not. We will always C n D

    Cheers

  • Awesome mask on that boxer baby!

  • I love boxers i have one and they are so mental! and very intelligent :D

  • What puppy food do you use? Please respond. I have a boxer pup, but she looks a bit skinny. I ONLY use puppy chow. Clearly it's not working for her.

  • @sleepypinkyful Hi, we use fish4dogs ( a UK brand of dog food).

  • @sleepypinkyful - when i had my boxers... i had to use a high-performance dog food to keep up with their active metabolism ... otherwise they do get on the lean side... on the other hand.. my lapdog rottweiler, is on diet food lol

  • @sleepypinkyful I know you asked philipattomic but the food my brother is giving to his 3 month old boxer is called "BLUE BUFFALO". He had parvol two weeks ago and was super skinny but after giving him that food he is running around like crazy and is starting to look "plump". I recommend that food for any dog, i also gave it to my basset hound and he just loves it.. "SOLID GOLD" is also a good one.

  • @MrIn5ane Thank you! I have read about Blue Buffalo, it's not available here. Just Wal-Mart basics is all I can get ahold of. I'm gonna try Iams.......any objections or anyone think I shouldn't, please let me know. I just want the best for Lexi. :) I'll check on Solid Gold too.

  • @sleepypinkyful If you look on youtube of how most dog foods are made, i think you will change your mind on buying wal mart brand dog food for you dog... It surprised me finding out whats in there but you have to see it to believe it. I strongly suggest you look into it for your dogs health and well being =)

  • @MrIn5ane I really do want the best for her, however, I live sixty five miles from the city, we go about three times a year. Walmart or the feed store is all there is here. Yes, people, I said feed store. ;) So, as you can see I don't have many options. Is there a best of the worst?

  • @sleepypinkyful We think Blue brand dogfood is the best. Our dog absolutely loved the duck-flavored food. You can order from Amazon.com and even look for the free super saver shipping. It's straight to your door. I love that you want to give your dog the best. I'm sure that she repays you a hundredfold in love and laughter.

  • @sleepypinkyful iv got a boxer my self

  • @haychy123 They are so lovable. And always happy to see us. :)....I love Lexi <3

  • @sleepypinkyful i have a rescue boxer dog and turns out they are nautarlly skinny but we feed her purina

  • @sleepypinkyful try eukanuba large breed puppy. it’s working well for our boxer. check out the videos of him.

  • @sleepypinkyful Try Canidae or Royal Canine. Our boxer had seizures until we changed her diet to Canidae. Look on google about different dog/puppy foods.

  • @sleepypinkyful I use puppy chow now. We were using pedigree. Try putting hot water on it to soften it up. Ruger weights 60 pounds now and he's only 10 months old. You can watch videos of him on my channel.

  • love the black ring on his tale

  • Love the puppy, what makes me extra glad is that you and the puppy seem to have such a beautiful place to live and grow up with. Plus you seem to be very good with him and your gentle way to communicate with him (or her?). And that the young child seem to be affectionet towards the puppy is great, they both will have someone in their lives that will bring joy and smimes.

  • @blowmedrymf Thank you !

  • i love your boxer! mine has a tail too. we call it her 'e brake'!

  • He looks just like mine when he was a puppy. Except that he only has a white line from his nose to his forehead, and the rest of the head is black. He also has white socks lol...

  • Gorgeous pup. You should have docked the tail, though.

  • beautiful boxer you got i have one also but he doesnt have a tail lol actually never seen one with a tail

  • The colours and markings on this dog are beautiful

  • cute puppy u have i a have a boxer of my own (7 mounths tail docked)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

  • lovely boxer. . . !

many arguments for, and against tail-docking.

but the boxer breed was only stabilized at the end of the 19th. Century, & some flaws could not be ' ironed out ' -;- The tail was too thin & prone to breaking, - extremely painful for the dog, - but painless if ' docked ' just after birth, - before the nerves have kicked in.

    Breathing was another issue.

I am Pro-docking, personally, - but not the ears.

    - best wishes, - Maxdesander.

  • Boxers with long tails look like Beagles. Cute puppy, tho.

  • I love the way she tilts her head like she's confused =D soo cute!

  • She is adorable!!! I love the ears and tail!!! Natural is some much more attractive and the best part is...PAIN FREE FOR THE DOG!

  • @cutelgp72 its not so pain free once the tail breaks and it has to be docked at an older age. oh and its alot more expensive to have it done then too. I breed boxers and tails are docked within the first 3 days.
