  • she is probably an atheist out of religious reasons....

  • she's a liar

  • Comment removed

  • Ugh there is no way S.E Cupp is an actual Atheist

  • Just by looking at Cupp's reaction to questions you can tell she's lying!

  • I just came here to say that I saw this episode, and I've seen her speak on Fox news..

AND IM REALLY FUCKING PISSED SOMEONE THIS DUMB WAS INVITED TO REAL TIME

I'm not even drinking age, I'm no political/philosophical mastermind, and I would have had smarter things to say. And I have no confidence in my mental capabilities, honest.

  • Really? You bought the book? Library.

  • really? an analysis of something discussed on the view? what's next? a roundtable discussion about courtney loves tampon?

  • S.E. Cupp is a fraud.

  • Narcissists are the reason we can't have nice things.

If narcissism awareness can't be standardized education, then narcissists shouldn't be allowed to speak.

  • Worst analogy possible to say creationism and darwinism are like two different languages. It's more like having an astrology class and an astronomy class.

  • I don't think she's an atheist. Just claiming to be one in an attempt to receive credibility from non-Christians... A ruse to try and sell books.

  • I'd bang her till she lost her religion.

  • Christians lack the moral integrity to prevent them from doing things like infiltrating a social group to attempt to destroy it.

Luckily Atheism is a concept not an organized religion like their cults, so they can't possibly destroy it... Christians just repeatedly demonstrate that they are quite possibly the MOST morally corrupt people alive today.

  • A dumb blonde!!!!!!!!!!!!! just what we need to seem legitimate.

  • Bitch, religion has been attacking the whole, fucking time: In God We Trust, one nation under God, Easter and Christmas as main holidays, saying bless you after sneezing. It's not an "attack" on religion. It's simply trying to defend against it. She looks like the sexy librarian type, but she is clearly not intelligent enough to fit the role.

  • She is or just can find the wright words to describe this individual. She needs to totally out of line. Those who reject Jesus Christ, he also will reject them. At the end they all looses. Jesus Christ is about personal relationship with their creator and not about stupid man made religion. She needs to repent..And not find out when she dies where she will go for rejecting Jesus Christ, then it will be too late won't it. I feel sorry for her...

  • @sungmee45 Or maybe she'll go to Sheol, if Judaism happens to be the right religion. None of us know, because god isn't self evident. Or real, for that matter.

  • She is to fine to be a conservative.

  • "she's attractive.." always getting distracted...she's an idiot and that's that, no need to comment on her physical appearance it helps nothing, it's like saying, "boy stephen hawking sure is smart, but he's not lookin too hot."

  • @TheGooseTavern Are you kidding? Stephen Hawking is hot as hell.

  • @NLSJ haha but of course =) <333 where did i go wrong

  • c cup?

  • Me and 1 Cupp

  • What I really want to know is, are they really an E cupp? If so, deceptive shirt...

  • darwinism = science class.

    creationism = religion class.

    SOLVED... scientifically -_-b

  • @denilsonpw Nope. They should remove religion class completely, otherwise people would still be confused.

  • @denilsonpw faith can be reconciled with science because "they have different jobs to do. Science can diagnose a cancer and can even find a cure for it, But a scientist will be the first to say, it can't help you to deal with the stress and disappointment that comes with a diagnosis.

  • @Thechristiancullen I think psychiatrists, psychologists and anti-anxiety/depression medication makers will disagree with you there. There are plenty of people in the world who are not religious who make their way through ill health episodes quite well.

  • @portantwas Your answer to man's problems are drugs and alcohol then. Thats pretty pathetic.

  • @Thechristiancullen No, what is pathetic is to reduce psychiatry and psychology to "drugs and alcohol"

  • @NLSJ Taking drugs because you have problems that need to be faced is not a permanent solution. It is escapism from reality.

  • @Thechristiancullen If you have problems in the chemistry of your brain you have to take drugs to correct them. Diseases have cures, the answer is to use these cures, do not expect magic solutions.

  • @NLSJ No - you are telling me that we should drug people when they find out they are having to deal with bad new or facing death. Its like you do not wish to face reality.

  • @NLSJ Don't be so stupid - I am not talking about people with clinical depression but giving people hope who must face death. Not everone wants to dope their way out of life in a cloud of fuzz.

  • @portantwas Don't be so stupid - I am not talking about people with clinical depression but giving people hope who must face death and tragedy. The answer is not always drugs and to turn everyone into dope users.

  • @Thechristiancullen Sheez you have a real chip on your shoulder with you disrespectful and judgmental manner. Not very Christian of you. I'm not the stupid one obviously.

  • @portantwas How do you know what judgement is when you don't think God shall be our judge anyway?

  • @Thechristiancullen He he, that is the silliest thing I've heard in awhile. As if 'judgmentalism' is purely a religious mental stance.

  • @portantwas How can there be any true justice and judgement for victims of injustice if there is no after life - please explain?

  • @Thechristiancullen Justice is a human construct, like money. No afterlife required.

  • @portantwas Justice can be defined as the morally correct state of persons and their affairs, enjoined through religions and honored by the wisdom of generations.

In what way is justice like money?

  • @Thechristiancullen I don't agree with your definition. It is a bit hippy dippy. Justice is a moral or legal fairness according to my dictionary. I'd add to that that it is an ethical fairness for the benefit of social groups. As for justice being a concept just like money - elephants don't have a concept of justice and neither do they for money. Without human thought or speech the concepts don't exist.

  • @portantwas Man is made in the image of God = Father, SOn, Holy SPirit

    portantwas = soul, body, spirit

You are not just another, ant, elephant or slug; else why not just chuck an atheists body down the drain somewhere when it is of no value. How can you have justice when you value your life like an elephant or ant?

  • @Thechristiancullen That is a very good question that we as a society should probably try to answer. How can you have justice when your values come from bronze age myths? The answer to both is likely the same.

  • @liquidthex Bronze age man did not abort his unborn children, kill off his elderly, committ suicide, get depression, get AIDS, go bankrupt, or have school shootings - makes you wonder who really are the savages?

ALL HAVE SINNED. Science, evolution, religion, education cannot solve mankinds big problem = the wages of sin is death.

  • @Thechristiancullen No, they didn't abort their unborn children that requires science, they'd simply kill the pregnant mothers..who had a pretty good chance of dieing in child birth anyways.. But luckily they could live their final day in a christian built HOSPICE since Christians aren't really about hospitals or medical science.

and yeah I'm sure nobody in the past commited suicide or got depressed.

and you can't go bankrupt without a bank.. or have a shooting without a gun.

  • @liquidthex You seem to have a bad case of chronological snobbery - that the ancients were full of credulity about the supernatural - but that was not the case. All dominant world views of the time would see a bodily ressurection as inconceivable. Even 2000 years ago it was still unusual for someone to raise themselves from the dead.

  • This woman cannot be an atheist. She is too stupid to even possibly be one.

  • @Jeffff23 she gets by on her looks

  • Liberal Viewer you just got a new subscriber.

  • SE Cupp is good for one thing and that's helping me relieve myself. After I fill her up she can go home and whine about religion to someone who cares.

  • S.E Cupp probably isn't used to being on a show like Maher's that doesn't ask her to sit on the end of the table to show off her legs so people don't pay attention to what she's saying.

  • She's a snake.

  • i want to know what is the proof of darwinisim

  • @mainpoint11 Summation, Chromosomes, Neanderthals, Vestigial Organs, Retro-Viruses, Fossils... Pick one

  • @mainpoint11 Chuck Norris owned religion in the ultimate kung fu battle.

  • @mainpoint11 Go look at a monkey and then a picture of you.......you'll get it.

  • @mainpoint11 The fact that bacterias can develop immunity from overexposure to antibiotics. Now I want to know where is a single physical evidence from the bible to prove that it is actually the word of god?

  • @mainpoint11 then perhaps you should've paid more attention in school or go back to one?

  • thunderf00t, and trolls, we are effective!

  • There isn't a media war attacking Christianity, although i would say there is an atheist internet troll movement doing it.

  • If Cupp was in a movie acting out the part she took on in real life, she would have been persecuted for hate crime against the art of acting.

Is there anyone more fake than this, even by American standards?

Not that I suspect to get terribly aroused by the answer but, who is this woman anyway, why is she been given media attention at all? She's a hack, does this really need to be pointed out?

  • She's an athiest why is she so bothered about it yes an athiest may be i bit inoyed about it but not go out and write a book about it

  • @alexanderhulse Atheist* ...come on, at least get that right.

  • S E Cupp says that she is an atheist that would like to become religious. Most atheists

place truth to be very important so what kind of atheist is she that she aspires to abandon

    truth?

  • S.E. Cupp is NOT an atheist in the slightest way ... She is such a hardcore, right-wing, push it in your face, believe as I believe Christian that it's not even funny .... These are EXACTLY the type of people that put so many off of religion ... She's playing this as a total sham to actually push her religion ... I can't stand that woman, Hell, I actually respect Ann Coulter more than her (And I HATE Ann Coulter)

  • S.E. Cupp is just another Republican book writer who believes that they have it all figured out and their way is the best possible way of doing things and everybody else should be more like them; Typical Republican B.S.

  • Comment removed

  • I'm an atheist who have both Republican and Democratic leanings. I can fully see that she could be an atheist and a Republican as well as a theist and Democratic. I think the confusion comes with the current "Republicans". The current "Republicans" are religious right-wingers, or radical right-wingers. There are moderates on both sides as well.

  • The right-wing atheist because they do not exist, and the left-wing religious fanatics do not exist, because oxymoron.

  • She is clearly a religious person who calls herself Atheist to giver herself creedance.

  • she is hot

  • it may be under attack, but doesn't it somewhat deserve every ounce of criticism?

  • The atheists claim that the Christians viciously attack one another for different opinions, whether to respect one another or to respect those of different faiths; however, only for the atheists to be the same toward this woman, because she doesn't have the "victim-mentality" that many atheists share.

  • @CosmicGrounds Religion as with all groupism are against the others. The tribalistic nature of religion makes people know that they are the true peoples

with the others being lesser peoples. Blaming atheists for disliking Christians

is like blaming black people for disliking the KKK. Atheists are not very groupy

as organizing individualistic atheists is tantamount to herding cats.

  • @mentalphysicalism There are two things wrong with this argument; first, according to your definition, atheists are the same as many of you here are differentiating between atheists who are against those who are theists and among other beliefs and those such as S.E. Cupp; second, blatant generalizations of Christians is exactly what you're suggesting that I'm doing.

  • @mentalphysicalism You must have some guilt when it comes to attacking other atheists who don't share the victim mentality if you're accusing me of blaming them. Your analogy makes no sense as you're using a race of people to a terrorist group. A better analogy would be atheists verses Christians as being hypocrites as blacks verses whites as not seeing their racist actions and words as being non-existent to white racism, despite individual situations.

  • I think you have missed a nuance in the issue. Joy wanted the subjects taught in different classes. To those who believe that creationism is true, it should be the only thing taught; but if that can't happen, it should be taught on equal footing as evolution. Teaching one as science and the other as a religion class is seen as a slight by people who accept creationism. I do not agree with her, but I think you do not understand her position.

  • Definitely a pseudo-atheist. She's fox news trophey 'atheist' the way Allen Colmes was their trophey 'liberal'.

  • if they are attacking, its pretty ineffectual. whipping them with a wet noodle i guess. bill maher is pretty much the only overtly anti-religion TV personality i can think of. theres enough pro-religion ones to counter it tho

  • After mulling over those final questions, here are my carefully considered answers... no...no...yes...Next topic!

  • An Right-Wing Atheist?

    Nope, Chuck Testa.

  • @foojuice101 you made my evening!

  • @foojuice101 Made my day.

  • What's peoples issue with Right-Wing atheists? Bill Gates? Right wing and left wing has bugger all to do with religion. Generally atheists (myself included) have a left wing stance on issues like homosexuality, but it's not a law that Atheist = Left wing.

  • left wing church goer like obama.lol

  • @8302967

. Clinton and Obama not left wing !Liberals or even moderate conservatives. The atheist leftism in, richard dawkins, albert einstein ,Marx ,Mihail Alekszandrovics Bakunyin ,or even steven hawking ...

  • what aaaaCUNT......

  • The ramblings of Granpa Simpson in the body of Lois Lane

  • Does anyone remember 20 years ago MTV had a VJ named Kennedy who was down-with-youth-culture and also conservative? Guess what, being atheist is now a trope for luring America's youth to the right-wing.

  • she's attractive, but stupid.

  • Comment removed

  • @osaka35 You don't get to that position by being stupid.

  • Guys, guys. You're overthinking this, the joke that there are no right-wing atheists was derived from the humorous generalisation that atheists are always smart (and the right-wing are...), and by atempting to argue down a JOKE that was a intentionally fallacious, you dissprove this. Atheists arn't always smart, but you have proven that the right-wing are always dumb. Thankyou

  • @malanare

I say that there is no right-wing atheism! As there is no left or Christianity.or religious leftism oxymoron.Religious faith is right, left, atheism and science

  • @TheBuzzo01 Are you some kind of idiot? They were saying that she was an Athiest, WHO WAS RIGHT WING. Not that she had intertwined those beleifs. Which for the record would still not be an apt Oximoron, as such a course is legitimate because of the nature of Religion. I'm guessing at least most of the people who read your comment made the same mistake i did. Because any other interpretation would be fallacious. Oh and religigious faith and science, now THATS an oximoron. GG

  • @malanare

Buddy you're an idiot! 'Cause unable to understand that the right-wing Not compatible for atheism. Atheism is a radical left-wing idea of the Enlightenment .

  • @TheBuzzo01 No... it's achualy not. Do you know what the right and left wings are? How can you be this stupid I, mean... wow! Ok... i'll break it down for you. The political wings... have nothing to do with religion. The right wing, is about unregulated buisness, and a small government, or nonexistent government. The left wing, is about big government, and more wealth equality. Just look it up! How could you even be this stupid.

  • @TheBuzzo01 In extreme's They are Communism (left wing) and Facism (right wing). Now as i said before LOOK IT UP, and stop wasting my time.

  • @TheBuzzo01

    Oh, you're 18 years old?:)

  • Is it possible to have right-wing atheists even in America. Right-wing = conservative. A conservative doesn't have to be religious.

  • @monkeymeditator

There is no right-wing ateista ,right to wing Christian .right and Taliban extremists stb.

  • There are plenty of right-wing atheists. Well, if you don't equate right-wing to conservatism, most likely. In my country, the right-winged atheists are liberals, but that would be akin to the American left-wing I guess.

  • She seems like a diversion

  • Teaching Creationism is child abuse.

  • both sides attack one another equally.

  • lmfao definitely making money from people who agree, but that's all you need, a niche. A niche market will set you free?

I get the impression that this country if anything has too much Christian/Government connections. Obama has been good in respecting everyone's special days.

  • Right wing atheists? Aliens.

  • Forgive me but ... "The View"? That's a legitimate source? The people on the show sound more like a bunch of chickens bickering and pecking at each other over food--or, in this case, attention.

  • LiberalViewer. U actually take this seriously?

  • why not it is a farely open ended criticism, althow it is a criticism.

  • 4:48 "ACLU defends christian students the right to protest against the ACLU"- oh the irony

  • When S.E. Cupp says liberal media, does she mean the news media that's own by big corporations?

  • S.E Cupp? Come on, that can't possibly be her name.............right?

  • @friedchicken187 Sarah Elizebeth Cupp I think :/, I may be wrong though.

  • @friedchicken187 I think it's Sarah Elizabeth or something llke that.

  • She may want kids being taught creationism but I'd teach her the principles of evolution . . . all night long.

  • Oh I know silly, but awfully cute!

  • spreading religion is like handing out pieces of crap. You can pray to it, and believe in it all you want, its still a pile of crap.

  • @SytrusISurtys Though i cant say its crap bc i do believe in god, i can say that i am not part of any religion, i just believe in god.

  • You nailed it. SE CUPP is a liar or just dumb. I'm glad she's on the dark side.

  • You my friend are a god amongst Men.. er no thats not right er..

You my friend are a person amongst people

  • Comment removed

  • would you teach astrology in an astronomy class or alchemy in a chemistry class? of course not - that would be absurd. you can't teach religious doctrine in a history class for the same reasons.

  • One believes in religion, and learns the theory of evolution by natural selection.

  • Just a cheap cash in book. In fact, I'm fairly convinced that in the end that's all that S.E Cupp does. Cash in on right wing trends.

  • Comment removed

  • Young Turks destroyed this bimbo

  • The purpose of the book is just to make money from people who already agree. Cupp reeks of 'phony'.

As to the 'liberal media', there is no 'liberal media'. What's labeled 'liberal' today would fifty years ago have been called fascist. Even individuals, such as Bill Maher, don't attack Christianity. Bill is critical of Christianity as he indeed is of religion in general.

I would love to see media (any media) provide Christianity (and Islam) a good, swift kick in the nuts.

  • Teaching both is stupid. Should we teach both astronomy and astrology in schools? Teach science in schools and religion in churches.

  • I love bill and his show,

  • Her voice... Put a gag on her.

  • Is she even an atheist?

  • @shadowknigth94 She's nothing.

  • @shadowknigth94 she claims she is, but....

  • @shadowknigth94 She comes off as a mildly religious band-wagoner claiming to be an atheist for the paycheck.

  • Right wing atheist? Oximoron.

  • @TheBuzzo01 I'm a oximoron?

  • @TheBuzzo01 Depends on your definition of a right wing. I'm a libertarian, which is a true conservative, and I'm an atheist.

  • @shagoosty

There is no such concept as a right-wing atheist. Oxymoron.

  • @TheBuzzo01 I'm a libertarian, which is the farthest to the right you can get, and I'm an atheist.

  • @shagoosty

Rightmost of fascism which is based on faith! Christian Fascism as tea party ..

  • @TheBuzzo01 Right wing means conservative. Conservative: not excessive; less. Conservative politics just means less government, like libertarians.

  • @TheBuzzo01 lol

left wing church goer elected truthful presidents like obama and clinton,,THATS an oxymoron

  • Lesson: Attack religion more. *cough* Liberal media *cough*

  • I hate to say it but I do agree that religion is under attack. I find sollice in the fact that i dissagree with her on if this attack is called for or not. as an inventor if i want to pursue a pattent i have to have imperical evidence to substantiate my claims of anny idea. I feel like religion has bypassed this scrutany with faith. no organization lead by compatant individuals would award a pattent on faith alone why should our country fail to hold religion to this same standard.

  • She's just another opportunist jumping on the Right wing money train. There's money in pandering to the retards on the far right.

  • I only want to know one thing...what is so 'great' about the 'Christian majority'? Okay, two things...what is so great about ANY majority? Isn't the individual great or not great and isn't the supposed majority made up of great and not so great and even lousy individuals all going hell bent for themselves? S.E. Cupp is a prime example of the last. To me, at least.

  • "I get the feeling she is not really interested in using actual facts to persuade people like me who disagree with her"... Since when have Christians EVER bothered with facts?

  • It was christians, and republicians, that changed our american pledge of allegiance to their christian pledge by adding their "under god". I am american -not christian, muslem, morman. It was christians that added god to our Money. So, who is "our " government protecting from religion. Not me. Whatever happened to One nation indivisible. Religions are the problem.

  • Ave gloriosa in nomine satan.

  • Burn that witch!

  • Yes there is a mostly liberal media attacking christianity. Wish there was a bit more of it cause there certainly isnt much. What there isnt though is a conspiracy to do so across the board...

Honestly S.E. Cupp is a few pounds short on grey matter or she is a dishonest asshole who as it looks could be lying about every part of her public persona including her atheism.

I think the second option is more likely.

  • @darkwarriorkane Um, no. I don't beleive that you should be FORCED to give away what is rightfully yours, but I have nothing against giving money (by your WILL) to the poor.

  • But she is so hot. How can she be wrong?

  • Don't even bother talking about religion, I am losing faith in humanity thanks to conservatives, the media, and the corruption in Congress.

Plus she is a fake atheist anyways, these days any half-wit can sell books.

  • I KNOW there is a liberal media that does attack Christianity, and tries to make us look like judgmental ignorant freaks, but I do not fear; for I know that these things may come to pass for My Lord Jesus to come back and bring me home.

"Surely I come quickly." -Jesus Christ

  • @15loripilkenton to be fair it's not attacks if every thing they say is in your book.

  • @darkwarriorkane Elaborate.

  • @15loripilkenton Just for a start I would advise you read the following passages. Lev 18:22 - Lev.1:9 - Exodus 21:7 - Lev.15:19- 24 - Lev.25:44 - Exodus 35:2 - Lev. 11:10 - Lev. 21:20 - Lev. 19:27 - Lev. 11:6-8 - Lev. 19:19 - Lev.24:10-16 - Lev. 20:14. That should give you some idea as to where these "attacks" come from. Also name me one conservative that follows the teachings of Jesus They hate the poor, they crush the meek, and giving anything away is evil. Anyone can say they are a christian

  • @darkwarriorkane And I see nothing wrong with those passages I do not crush the meek, nor does any other Republican I know. But we do not beleive giving away anything is evil. And I do not get what you mean by the last sentence It does not matter if you think I am a 'fake' Christian or whatever, because my only worry is what God and Jesus think of me

  • @15loripilkenton Ok clearly we are going to have to agree to disagree. May the true God Bless you.

  • @darkwarriorkane He already has.

  • I am not defending SE Cupp she can defend herself. But I find it curious that you call her an "atheist" it's Bill Mahar who has no regard for God? Words mean something so let's not confuse meaning. A look into the spiritual underpinnings of this country and it's obvious to anyone with an open mind that we've moved further away from a belief in God rather than glorifying Him. Modern man seems to think we're smarter than I AM; preposterous!
