atari games rarely have endings, they just keep goiing on and on I've always wondered how some of them ended. Journey Escape, Frogger, Yars Revenge just to name a few

Quando jogava no console, que ainda tenho guardado aqui, não me lembro de ser possivel sobrevoar a area verde e abastecer nas casas hehhee

Mas muito legal, não sabia que no fim o cara morre de qualquer jeito... no console nunca fui muito alem de 100.000 pontos.

sobre o paredão,isso era bug do jogo,acontecia de vez em quando.

sobre o ! ! ! ! ! !,esse e o verdadeiro final,e é impossivel não estourar,pois se parasse de atirar nos inimigos,uma hora iria ter que atirar na ponte para passar.

@Smantha800 Old games didn't have ends. They had what became known as "kill screens." Kill screens were often times a result of the game reaching a level where it was told to start reading data from the wrong location, like perhaps the player reached level 257. The game would then attempt to read the data for level 257, but the last level for which there was data was 256, so it would wind up reading some part of the code that was meant for something completely different.

@BlitzkriegBR O jogo termina ao estourar os 999999 pontos, onde os números viram "!!!!!!". Aí independente de quantas vidas ainda restam é game over de todo jeito. No vídeo acima não dava game over porque é uma versão hackeada onde o game over foi desabilitado. Se jogar o jogo sem passar dos 999999 pontos a pista não irá acabar porque ela é infinita.

Eu gravei o jogo com o emulador da Atari pcaewin.

Ou seja, o jogo acaba quando o jogador chega a um milhão de pontos. Daí pra frente ele se auto destrói quando seu tiro acerta o adversário.

Isso porque é a versão adulterada, sem limite de vidas, porque na versão normal o jogo acaba quando estoura essa pontuação, independente do número de vidas restantes.
