What is. "C&L racer" and "cmcv deletes"??

@ralatorre9 C&L racer is my type of cold air intake, made by C&L, cmcv deletes, deletes the butterfly plates under the intake manifold that open at a certain RPM but are still a small restriction. and yes TCS off.

I have a o/r x-pipe, k&n cai, stock axle back, 3.55 gears, 5 speed manual.
