  • Do you know any good bars that you can fish off of to catch these guys?

  • Hey guys,, I fish in florida for damn near anything fun to catch.. I live on the East Coast of Florida,, And love it.. But that Video needs me in it.. Book me a trip LOL!!!!!!

  • that is just for the fishing trip right? hotel we pay for that as well? food and stuff airplane ?

  • how much does it cost or a trip for 2 ?

  • A typical 8 hour trip for two people typically varies between 200 and 300 Canadian dollars per person. Most boats can take up to four people, so it'd only be between 100 and 150 Canadian dollars if there are four guests.

  • sturgeon are awesome fish and deserve more respect. I once seen a couple of men catch one, fillet it, and let it go. I watched it swim away after it was filleted, it just made me sick.

  • i like how they release the fish i wish the ppl in the california delta would do that to keep the white sturgeon populated me and my dad release the ones that starting to have eggs anything around 57 up would prob release them

  • My biggest one was around 110 pounds.

  • Ha the rod in the begining was missing an eye.

  • I remember hearing there are 80 or so deaths a year do to sturgeon jumping. Crazy eh?

The Fraser is insane for fishing sturgeon. My biggest so far is 6 feet. It was a FAT one though, nearly 200 pounds.

Biggest I've seen in front of me is 7 and a half feet. Just got a boat... so the sturgeon will get bigger =)

  • do u no some1 named norm?

  • nice vid who big was the fish

  • Nice, that looks like fun. They do get big. I am surprised they can leap out like they can. Is it always cold up there?

  • Hehe... It's never too cold in Southwestern British Columbia, but our definition of warm is probably your definition of cold. ;) The best months for sturgeon fishing are when salmon are returning, so from now until early December. It can be rainy, temperature between 45F and 60F. They jump often. Many times they breach like a whale for no reason when you're looking around at the river.

  • We have a big problem down here in the St. Johns river. The sturgeon are jumping into people driving boats and jetskis. That would hurt.

  • @haroldtampa it's only cold and rainy in the winter and spring... in the summer its decent, about 20 to 25 and sometimes 30 celcius, i live in surrey, i go to the fraser all the time.
