It looks like tactical Labour leadership voting raises its Cerberus head again. Seems; given the media hyped Gemini options; those eligible to vote for the next Labour leader are forced to vote for one star sibling to keep the other eclipsed...
Them politicking Miliband bros play a familial game 'gainst protagonists Balls and Abbott who are better suited 2 heading our Labour Party. Them bruvs are cahooted 2 git either one elected. & there’s their Mother (Muv) pretendin’ to play stum 4 either? DOH!...
Is anyone aware of these candidates’ characters? What have they done for constituencies? Are they distant, approachable or helpful? Who put themselves out practically e.g. to give students work placements or help our elders? Do they campaign for injustices? Looks & promises just don’t mean anything unless it has been backed up by past action. Other than for Diana – because of her TV work and speaking out for the disadvantage in Parliament – I’m not aware of any of the others!!
@2012Imani I know Diane has done lots for her constituency. She has campaigned on so many issues and really gets involved with her constituents lives. She wouldnt get off this one girls case who was pregnant and really worked hard to ensure she knew what she was getting herself into and the girl now years later, saw her life turned around.
She also worked hard to get teenagers skiving school, bck to school revising and made them see they had to get some gcses a decent grades to get a job.
@Decoration300 Thank you for replying to my question. Obviously people are not interested going by the so very few viewings. I understand there is growing support for Diane – considering the Millibanks themselves admit they are “too weedy to fight”.
@2012Imani I really want her to win, the more I see her, the More I am convinced she is the only one to win it for Labour (providing she doesn't go too much to the left)
