  • bleaching arm hair.... GENIUS ! why havent i thought about it before, i have so many of my friends who wax it (they say you get used to the pain after a while) but i really dont want to wax it every like 2-3 weeks so i just leave my hair but im so embarrassed about it that i always wear a cardigan on top of my shirts... i think you have opened my door to freedom...i love you

  • @lovlyanime you are so welcome, girl

  • Ah my god I was looking for ages for a good video on arm hair removal! Thanks so much for uploading this! xx

  • @PandaIntheRain I'm glad it helped!!!

  • does it have to be BROWN sugar??

  • @awsomegirl147639 no it could totally be white sugar :)

  • @TheFashionSpaz oh thank goodness because i don't have brown sugar thx for the help!!! : )

  • this was really helpful :D

  • there is a lot of talking going on there...

  • Boy am I a weenie when it comes to pain... but I use wax for everything. It hurts the first few times, but now I don't feel anything and it takes like a month and a half for the hair to grow back.

Also I'd like to add that epilators are horrible.

  • Hello, can you please explain how to use and mix the oil and the brown sugar ?

    thank you

  • @AmirBasson i have a video on that, but it's no big deal. just about a spoonful of brown sugar, throw in enough olive oil so that the texture isn't too dry or too oily, and if you have honey, that's also good for your skin! :)

  • Could you also bleach your back hair with the Sally Hansen product? My hair is really dark, long, and thick back there...eww lol

  • @iPodluver11224 yup! i think it's safe for the back, too

  • @iPodluver11224 mine too

  • Yeahh I definitely think so, it can get a bit pricey but I'd like to know what you think of products like their eyeshadow/mascara. I definitely think it's quality but you've tried a much broader range of products soo I'd think you'd know if it's all worth it :)

  • @JCHibb3 thank you! :) come to think of it i believe i tried one loose eyeshadow from bare escentuals, and it was a sheer silverish. i didn't love it, but it was a long time ago. i have reaaaallly wanted to try that bare escentuals buxom mascara. the brush looks amazing. if i try anything from them, i will definitely talk about how i like it!! :D

  • Have you ever used bare escentuals products before? Off-topic, I know, but still?

  • @JCHibb3 i haven't really! should i? :)

  • lol thats funny, the venus embrace razor is the only one I can use. Thanks for the tips, gonna see if I can go make some of that scrub.

  • @luvbites23 it works like a charm! :) and you're welcome

  • how long does the bleach work for?

cuz the one i use on my arms fade after about three days, is that normal, or am i not using it right?

  • @vivtzka no, it should bleach your hair. it lasts as long as your arm hair "cycle", if you know what i mean. but for me it lasts for a good few months. obviously there is some growout, but the cycle takes a while. if that makes sense. are you using the sally hansen one? your problem may be that you are not using enough "Activator" with the cream bleach. you should also leave it on for a good 10, 12 minutes. hope this helps!! :)

  • @TheFashionSpaz

i use the jolen one. could it be i'm also not putting enough bleach on my arms? how thick of a layer should it be?

  • @vivtzka yeah, that could be it. i do a thick layer so that everything's covered

  • @TheFashionSpaz

    thanx, ill try that.

  • how long does the bleach work for?

  • Hello....i stumbled across your video and it was really helpful as i have dark arm hair myself that in embarrased of.. :S

Anyways i have a question...for how long does the arm hair usually stay bleached or blonde? like for weeks....months?

    Thanks! (:

  • @babygelen about a month! :)

  • I used that razer and the purple bars fall off and get really gunky and gross after like 5 uses. Be careful with it!

  • I was thinking about bleaching my arm hair too because I definitely don't want to shave or wax. Now I feel better because I know I won't be the only one doing it! Thank you for the advice :)

  • @teddypetrova98 oh thats awesome, yes i highly recommend it!

  • Congrats on being featured!

  • @RebeccAcoustic hey, you! :) thanks

  • when you bleach your arm hair and you go in sunlight...is it really noticeable? :S

  • @soccergirl1312 no, it just looks like you have blond arm hair

  • "I'm not like a weenie, or anything, that thing is painful"

  • haha, I clicked on this video, and im also on spring break, but its april 5! (:

  • @jojojurassic77 hahaha how strange!

  • ofc you are featured girl, you are awesome! I dont think bleaching your arm hair is weird, it's all ok. I am using a braun silk-epil epilator for my arms and legs and I dont find removing the hairs painful anymore :D i like it lol.

by the way, I watched many of your videos, and I learned how to make my cat eye line!! yes!! I diiiiid ! :)

  • @wakeupdidi that's awesome! I'm glad i could help :)

  • Great Video...I will get mine super smooth Asap!!

  • @nokiwe7 haha thanks girl! :)

  • ur awesome! :)

  • @jesusfreak1563 thanks!! :)

  • how do you get rid of razor bumps

  • @guadalupe1011 i hate razor bumps. i think the cause of them is irritation, and once you are able to shave your legs without irritating them, you won't get them. you should try replacing your razor head, using a shaving cream or replacing your razor all together.

  • @TheFashionSpaz yeah cause i have so many little red dots on my legs but their not really bumps just flat red dots are those razor bumps or razor burn?

  • @guadalupe1011 it sounds like it could be! i know what you mean, i have had those before. i think it's your razor irritating your skin

  • @TheFashionSpaz so should i maybe by a men razor seens those help i think?

and also do they just go away once you stop using the irratating razor or do you have to use something to get rid of them

  • the men's razor is really good at getting a precise shave, so i have heard, but i don't think it will help with your irritation. try the schick inuition women's razor-- it is moisturizing and non-irritating

and i don't know of any other way of getting rid of those bumps other than just trying a different razor that is less irritating. hope this helps :)

  • @TheFashionSpaz ok well thank you so much for the advice

  • @guadalupe1011 no problem! :)

  • I subscribed because of style haul <3

  • @TheEmilyisawesome thanks! :)

  • Natural blonde. You cant see my arm hair cause its like bleach blonde(: i got lucky

  • @mebemadisongrace oh, how lucky! :)

  • Oh and I also recommend that you use men shavers instead OMG huge difference when I switched from the venus shavers to men ones I forgot what it is called but its the one you see on tv with all those pro athletes using

it gives you a close shave, lasts so much longer than venus, and leaves your legs so smooth i never cut myself with it either

  • @CaseeyyQ i have heard that! i want to try it, definitely

  • If you use an electric razor on your arms, it'll leave like an 8th of an inch or...less I guess and it won't be stubbly. It stays soft :)

  • @Myerras oh i never thought about that, i want to try it!

  • Aww congrats on getting featured! I knew you would someday get more known cause I have been watching your videos for a very long time and you truly deserve it<3

  • @CaseeyyQ thank you so much! :)

  • If your legs get irritatied easily try using Aloe thats what I do and it works the only bad thing is that is makes your legs kind of sticky ( :

  • @PiNkGiRl4421 i should try that!

  • are you still with your boyfriend?

  • @Thefreestylee9 yep! :)

  • @TheFashionSpaz cool. you remind me

  • hahaha,the entry was awesome..its like u r going to do a scary thing!:P

i loved this video so..so much!my first reqest for someone to make a video was u and u made it!

i love u!! m going to remember this forever!

    u r awesome!!

  • @girl4ams oh i am so glad you liked it! i hope it was helpful :) and thank you

  • congrats girl!

  • my legs get so sensitive from shaving. i find that men's products work better for that since what they're "meant for" is the face. the gilette fusion is my favorite razor. 5 blades and an extra one (i hate how they put safety wire on some women's razors like we're dumb) and nivea makes a pretty good sensitive skin shave gel for men that's like 3 dollars.

  • @excitingname i have herad that, i want to try it!

  • Congrats on the stylehaul mention, I'm a pretty new subscriber but I definitely think you deserve it. And I must admit that I feel luckier than ever that I don't really grow much, if any, hair on my legs or arms!

  • @allidock11 that is so lucky!!! and thank you:)

  • haha, I used to bleach my arm hair too. With the same kit :D but now i epliate them:)
