Im calling on the Rotarians the Kiwanis , the Lion's and other civic organization to please initiate a fund drive to restore or beautify the San Sebastian Cathedral. Puro lumot na kag buling ang atubang sang simbahan. wala maintenance.Lets all do our share to keep Bacolod live up to its name as the cleanest and greenest city in the Phils.
