  • HOLY crap $235,534? WOW!

  • what's the highest Daytime total ever?

  • @disneydanny2 $147,517, won by VickyAnn on the Season 35 premiere.

  • i believe this is the highest total won in season 40 by far.

  • @TheThearmistead2 Highest daytime total in the Drew era, just ahead of Christmas Eve 2010.

  • I saw this

  • I saw this on tv

  • I saw this on tv and she also won 10k on the wheel or 11k adding the 1

  • It will be awhile before someone hits over $104,000+

  • That would be $220,346 in overall winnings, which would consitiute not only a maiden Pay the Rent victory, a $26,000 double dollar via the Showcase Showdown & a Double Showcase victory, but a daytime world record.

  • If she won PTR outright, and also won $26K on the Big Wheel, she would have won a total of $209,346 in cash and prizes - easily a record.

  • @itsalleternal How do you figure that ?? If it was $104,346 and she had won 26k on the wheel instead of 11k, it would be over $119,000.

  • @ackpaintdude1 - Plus the extra $90K on PTR if she won that.

  • HELL FREAKIN' YES! This made my day! I can't believe I missed it Thursday!!!

  • At the end of the video, you can see what I think is Drew telling Stephanie that she's the third biggest daytime winner, and her reaction to that. A nice finishing touch, I think.

  • What happened to the buzzer at 0:21? It was supposed to be a mmmmmmmmmrrph.

  • @videoguy100 Sounded like a screw-up from the MSEL.

  • @sshuffield70 What's MSEL?

  • @videoguy100 Mighty Sound Effects Lady

  • What was the highest daytime winnings in a day?

  • @thephan26 $147,517 - S35 Premiere. 2nd is $140,235 on Bob's last show.

  • Hey, wait a minute! What about the $10,000 win in the showcase showdown?

  • It seemed like the whole week was a long week for Drew because between the extra wheel spin for the celebrities and making sure the celebrities got plenty of air time that he had a lot to juggle in a one hour show. Even the Boston Globe this morning weighed in on Neil Patrick Harris getting tackled ( which the contestant could have shown a lot more class ) on Wednesday's show. In theory it seemed like a great idea. I wonder if Harris was thrown in becasue he stars on one of CBS's big shows ??

  • I just noticed that they played the wrong sound effect for the overbid, or at least the different one than usual. That's just me; I'm nit-picky sometimes about things.

  • She is a lucky lady, in that she not only get to hug the hostesses, she get to hug Heidi Klum as well.

  • @DarkDestroyer92 Just surprised, that's all.

  • Good For You

  • I just now saw this and I was like "OMG don't tell me she shouldn't have added the 972".... but this was awesome.

  • Drew Carey pwns Bob "I've successfully ruined the lives of so many innocent off-camera staff members" Barker any day of the week.

Calm down fanbois and fangurlz, it's the truth about Barker.

  • By the way, anyone notice when the overbid came we heard the normal buzzer instead of the "MRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRP?"

  • Heidi Klum mentioned the world's biggest McDonald's in LA and was eating a Big Mac during the showcase being revealed! And she calls herself the spokesperson for Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt...

  • Good thing she won that $21,000. She'll need whatever is left of it to pay all those taxes.

  • who thinks the dsw total should've been added to Heidi Klum's charity total?

  • @kgrkid No. She already has a good idea of the price. That defeats the purpose.

  • Is it just me, or does Drew seem more nonchalant/unenthusiastic about this than usual? Like "I fully expected a double overbid to do Mike's bidding. Darn!".

  • @gamelover1949

Doesn't sound or look that way.

  • @TVLubber Guess it was just me. I haven't really watched Price much this season.

  • @gamelover1949 I'm pretty sure Drew was ready ahead of time with the #3 all-time spiel. The problem was today was one of Drew's bad days

  • @WayoshiM do you know the total amount that was given away by all the celebs for their charities?

  • @cooksta4prez08 $235,534

  • @WayoshiM wow that's a lot of money I hope they do it again next season

  • This was an unbelievable win!!!!

  • "Oh and Heidi Klum won $30k for her charity or some nonsense"
