Let's be honest, T-Bag as a character falls into the same category as Bred Bellick - characters that should NEVER have made it past the first season of this show.

The thing is, the respective actors did such an amazing job playing those characters, that all the writers needed to do was add a bit of backstory and all of a sudden you have a fully complete, interesting actor, just like Bellick - thankfully they made it this long .

I agree with you halfway. Halfway through season 2 Bellick's story became so disjointed and out of place, almost chronicle like. Just one impromptu adventure after another. Every week I was begging for him to just get killed off, especially in season 4. I was like wtf is this guy's purpose on this show anymore? But as for t-bag his story is the biggest reason I was looking forward to season 2. I think his hicups in the plot were compensated by his charm and charisma both as a character and actor
