rockets were down from over 70 to about 20 in a few days, even, as you pointed out, without Israel entering too deep in to Gaza. You guys are always jokers... if Israel went in and stopped the rockets 99% you would say the damage caused (much by Hamas booby traps under houses) is too much, if it doesn't go in and only achieves 80% of it's goal, it's a failure. People like yourself noidksa were saying that Israel will never stop the suicide bombers in 2003, that it's impossible to stop one who is 'determined', but since then it's gone from once every few days to about 1 a year and usually not a very successful one at that.
The "You'll never succeed" hateful crowd, have been shown time and again to be wrong.
Israel decided for it's own moral reasons to not overthrow Gaza. Had it done so the success rate, after a few weeks, would have been similar.

so lets see the goals achieved in that war. first it ws about 15-25 rockets a week, when the idf started the bombing and the attacks, it changed to 30-45 rockets a day, but the rockets have managed to reach 45km. israel has only killed 50 hamas soldiers, while hamas has killed over 90 idf soldiers, hamas had become stronger not weaker as its no getting more help from neighbouring country, and the palestinians are now all untied.

I think any agreement Israel signs that is acceptable to the knesset and wider Israel, and the provisions are kept to by the other parties involved, should be fulfilled by Israel.
As for refugees - Since the Arab world hasn't accepted they have ethnically cleansed 1.2 MILLION Jews decades ago, I don't think we can talk about the Palestinians. The two issues are interrelated. Israel had to absorb the ethnically cleansed Jews, so the Arab world will have to absorb their people who fled.

The territory will be detailed in an agreement. There is no point discussing the wall, the agreement will decide these matters. If the Palestinians stopped the suicide bombers, there would be no need for the wall (mostly barrier, not wall). Remember why it was made! 10 years ago no such thing existed or was even thought of! It's all REACTION to terrorism!
Lastly, Israel hasn't built settlements, it's let existing ones build more on land they already have

Well done on quoting one of the most widely quoted and unsubstantiated quotes. I've seen hundreds of talkbacks and websites quoting this, but they all appear to have one source ('the Jewish paradox') which has absolutely no proof for the quote.
Whats more, I failed to find the quote in a search of countless books on the middle east, including all the renowned ones. It appears none of the major historians, even the ones I'd class as untruthful (with good reason), quote it. Not impressed so far
