Hi.. I'm not sure but Whats the best speed for a intermediate level?

I mean.. we are trying here in Brazil using some old skis.. I would appreciate if you help us. Whats the best Speed and why does your ski spray that much water? the one we have doesn't do that. Thank you very much...

I tried it on the weekend, it helped a lot .... just need to put some more time in at the end of the rope
