Hi,

Did anyone see the massive chemtrail on March 31st 2009? There was a lot of spraying on Mar31st and April1st, and then we get a "once in 100 years" day of rain.

Who is doing this? Why are they doing it? Are we out of time already? Is it so hot, with so little ozone that without this chemical spraying we would all fry?

Sigh. Thus ends democracy.

Agreed that NOT having music enhances footage like this.

I see this happen all the time here in the USA. It's one thing to see the after effect like this, but recently I had the chance to just sit on a Sunday morning here in Ohio and watch a beautiful cloudless day with a bright blue sky be turned into a hazy mess by the planes (and yes, it rained the next day). Whew.

Excellent Footage. We as Australians have been rolled by our double tongued Governments. This Jet Spraying Programe looks to have started over 10 years ago. I have documented the Victorian Weather for over 20 years & also being an experienced weather tracker have found out just recently why our Rainfall radar was showing all the rainfall events dying off at the S.A border at every event,i couldnt believe my eyes. This is taken as normal now, the other day I over 'herd' people, taking much notice of a rare blue sky, they have become quite a rare event.People dont seem to notice, it was once normal to have a nice sunny day most days ie any summer ago. Then they put any change down to the "fact" of global walming that they have heard/know so much about.

I had a think about "who could benefit" from all this spraying, and I thought of...the pharmaceutical companies. They make people sick, and then sell them drugs.

So they wouldn't want to kill us, but instead, make money from our suffering.

Looks like "cross-hairs" on a gun. The two chemtrails seem to form the shape of a cross, which could serve as a target for the firing of scalar type weoponry. It is known by some that there are many HAARP installations around the world that fire microwave energy into the skies with the view to altering the weather. Maybe this is one of many applications of this kind of technology. Either way, it needs to be stopped!!

Terrible,I'm trying to get used to their techniques. They seem to allow blue sky with open spraying for a week,then blanket everything over for another week maybe to cloak it all in and merge it with TETRA,RFID masts etc. Then they shift the electrons(HAARP) again and the blue sky and strange isolated chemclouds appear. This video shows heavy spraying.

Great work Phil, definately one of your best so far! This is driving me crazy. Why is it so hard to find a "professional" or someone with media connections to take an interest in this? Seems to me these lazy puplic/corporate servants just don't want their boat rocked. They're so smug in their belief that they are "scientifically trained" and that this can be dismissed without question. Well I'd like a specific scientific explanation for what's in this video!

well, i´ve seen this happening for many many times this year. And its cumulating. In sept. and Oct. were days when its really been "colour cinema" (Have a look at the stuff i posted to Tangerine Dream´s - Coldwater Canyon.

Before 2008 i have never seen any reflections of that kind. Also i have always been out a very lot, and also i´ve been looking up a very lot.

I don´t think that its space weapons. Its the metallic particles that make sun dogs appear in circumstances there normally would be none.

i am working on a documentation as for March i am invited to give a reporting talk on things that can bee watched above us.
