  • there is NO SUCH A THING AS global warming! - no one EVER READS handwritten letters because they are eliminated before getting to the politicians office!

  • WE ARE ALL DOOMED, AND IF SOMEHOW WE SURVIVE THEN OUR KIDS HAVE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE EVER THAT HUMAN KIND HAS EVER FACED. GOVERNMENTS CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS.

  • ZIETGEIST ORIANTATION AODSCRARECROW

CHECK THEM OUT &LETS START TO change for the better.

    great video mate

    peace love!!

  • wtf 5800 views? these videos need more views... Get a girl with boobs to say EXACTLY what you are saying and i GUARANTEE you'll have viewsa in the 100,000s or millions

  • we more likely to nuke each other or an astroid could hit the planet

    Check out this graph:

    live search this:

Is Global Warming on the Wane?

    How Solar Goes Polar

    found on farmers almanac page.

mean temp. increase over last centry:

    about 1 deg

  • ... there is only one country that has ever used nuclear weapons in war....

  • I totally agree with you! It's turned my idea of Global Warming on it's head. It's like the idiots guide to Global Climate Change. And I like the idea of taking the militant apathetics + unreachable denialists with us as dead weights because that is the best way to deal with them...to ignore them but save them anyway...because they can really get in the way! I'm off to change my light bulbs......asap!!!

  • Never, ever underestimate the impression you have made with your videos. If this all turns out to be not as bad as it would have, we'll have you to thank, in part, because you had the guts to light a fire under everyone's behind to do something about it.

  • It disheartens me to see that the viewings of this part are half of the first section 10500 or so, It strikes me that some have limited interests on such matters. However I find your videos compelling and I thankyou for the time and dedication to the subject. I went to a terrible public school and my experience of science was offputting to say the least, so I think your students are amongst the luckiest in education sir, hats off to you.

  • *Silly* hats off? :-)

  • Haha! of course! XD

  • People are generally lazy, not only do we not like having to do things are selves like personal actions. I mean look at politics we are to lazy to do it are selves so we elect other people to do it. 300 million people and around like what less than 250k people to make others do what needs to be done. Or to go as far as 3 parts into a 4 part video. Never mind he's actually suggest we do something are selves I mean who does he think he is. I mean can't we just pay someone to fix all of this.

    LOL

  • We Have to fix it ourselves! Save the planet to Save Yourself! Stop driving, put solar panels on your roof, and small wind turbines in your yard, grow a garden, replace old appliances, refuse to buy a new car unless it is water, electric or air powered. Recycle, reduce, reuse, compost, LED lights or compacts, read your paper online, don't print unless you have to, turn it off, unplug it. Do as much as you can. Industry will change to meet the demands of the public if enough of us demand change.

  • I want to install solar— however trying to buy a more efficient power cell :)—›› as in a big investment is worth it the difference between 10% 20% is big.

    — another is using bio-fuels, instead of oil.

  • i have solar cells, i feel comfortable that i tried to do something :)

  • who the fuck is jen????????

Cut the stupid spam, ya wacko.

  • Wonderingmind42, have you ever thougt of posting your videos to CurrentTV? I think your lectures will be seen by more people if it is broadcasted on CurrentTV, it is becoming one of the most popular cable channels for young viewers today. Youtube just doesn't cut it because people mainly use it for entertainment and a handful use it to view interesting videos like your lectures.

  • hahahahaha "infected?!"

  • I honestly don't care about any of this. I'm tired of every day being bombarded by worry, stress, and "emergency". But I will say this... if decisions are made by scientists and lawmakers on this issue, I won't fuss or stand in their way.

  • Agreed!!!!

  • Thanks for joining the idiocracy then.

  • Wait a minute... why did I watch a video on a topic I don't care about, then whine about it? Perhaps I AM an idiot! I'll shutup now.

  • damn gringos

  • maybe you don't care...but your children are going to suffer because of war and drought

  • True about apathy. It never got anyone anywhere but under the ground, which is where we all end up anyway.

  • wondering mind. i have just changed my senior semenar project. i am going to try and install solarpanels on my house. and houses neaar me and making newsleters about solarpanls maybe getting some on our school.

  • Not enough people in not enough time to change. Doom - Doom - Doom. LOL We cannot and will not save God's planet, Whom left it in our care and we have negleted it and we will pay the price. We will procrastinate until it is too late. I have 3 kids and 3 grandkids a.t.m.

  • So you're just going to give up and get in the way of people who ARE trying to save their lives? And not just their lives, but YOUR life, your kids' lives, and your grandkids' lives?

Doesn't seem too compassionate or ethical for a Christian.

  • that may be true but at least its not us!!! yay!

  • I've got two kids, too, and boy do I know how you feel about things.

I gave up my car, started riding a bicycle years ago. I haul my kids around in a Burley trailer.

I guess I'm pretty 'agitated', too.

    Which is why I'm commenting.

I want to say how glad I am to have come across your videos, to know that there are people out there fighting.

    I'm fighting too.

  • yanghuikwon, I'd say the biggest thing you can do is spread the word--because that's how we get enough people to change behavior enough to have a significant impact. Cheers!

  • Hate to be the pessimist here, but I am afraid most governments make the following assessment:

small effort now or big effort later. Well, we could make a small effort now, but the others aren't doing it, so it's not enough to make the ship turn. We'll have to make big efforts anyway.

Small efforts now AND big efforts later...? We'll wait doing anything.

  • you're absolutely right, but that's also a bit of a cop out. Gov'ts don't do anything because people don't demand it. In the U.S. the system is designed (theoretically) so that the officials we elect respond to public demand for a policy change. Although there are problems here (massive corporate lobbying, lack of accountability), I think the fundamental remains: it is up to us to make sure politicians do their jobs.

  • It's the people that needs to make the Change because the Automotive Makers will not continue to make cars with gasoline engines if nobody will buy them. The Power companies cannot continue to burn fossil fuels if all their customers are threatening to go "off the grid" and live on their pesonal windmill power. If People demand that their clothes be made in factories that doesn't burn coal or they they won't buy the clothes, the factory can't stay open unless it complies. It's Supply and Demand

  • As far as Threatening to go off teh grid goes. If we could fight against the social workers, even people who do not have windmills and such could use candles, and woob nurning stoves again.... if we wanted renewable burning supplies there is always the best resource i know of hemp. Which ought to grow even after climate change. But people must fear their governments power to punish their desire to be self sufficient, wise, and powerful. No electricity, they take your kids for abuse.
