@thbklover2010 yes, it's PC. the key is NOT to use stairs. you cannot even touch them. after the explosion and jumping out of the window - do what the video shows. don't use stairs - run "on the wall" instead. when you reach the stairs from behind (after falling downstairs), go straight upstairs. cops won't activate then. i'm not sure if that bug was not fixed in a patch or something - you have to check it on your own. i played without any patch.
