@bluesky4ever You could raise it by buying the upgrade at the medical center, or you could raise it by choosing the perk when you level up (can't remember the name, its one of the first)

If your vilified by the brotherhood of steel and can't get her to join you , try loading an old save file , before you were vilified and then try recruit her , that might work or do you have to recruit every companion with one character ?

i got the achievement for all compaions without her does she count as a proper companion

@hunterisbeast4 you've must have used some sort of glitch, if you've got all of them following at a time, but if you're just talking about having them in Lucky 38 it is possible, but they are actually not your companions while they are in the Lucky 38, you can just recruit them whenever you want. The only thing i don't know is, how am i wrong?
