I'm personally recovering from both relaxer and permanent hair colors(I use to have it done monthly both on the same day!!) I've came really far and march 9th of 2011 will mark my 2 years anniversary!!!! I'm currently 3 weeks and 2 days post relaxer I will be stretching for about 9-10+ months wish me luck!!! :-) lol :-D

Your hair looks great. But, I think wigs and weaves are great for growing out your hair as long as they are worn in moderation. If you wear them religiously, they will thin out your hair and hair line. And, the way you put in weave also makes the differences. Ladies, sew in don't glue in you weave. It is better on your hair. And, when you wear braids, spray your scalp with water to keep it hydrated.

Aphogee is the bomb. I luv the shampoo and moisturizer. My stylist put me on it, b/c i was having so much breakage with my hair at the time. It has been a year using it and now my hair is very healthy.
