She had a cold during the first performance, thats why she had problems with the high tones. Look at later vids from NOTP and you`ll hear that her voice is much better.

I went to notp yesterday. Her voice was better compared to this video, but it was still rough. Marie also forgot lyrics and made mistakes. I think she still needs to recover from her illness (throat infection) a bit, but I still love their music. Notp is great !!

I don't believe once loses their voice coz of age or illness..I think she can still sing as well as before but NOT whilst having a throatinfection. I just had one and I couldnt speak for 4 days!

Marie's sore throat was at it's worst on the 24.Oct but you can already hear in this performace, which was one day before! Anyway, it doesn't make sens to assess one's voice while she has a throat infection-in this shape some ppl. are not even able to SPEAK!..and beeing helathy she still has the best voice ever!

But you're well aware that she recovered from a sore throat only three days ago? ( and I don't want to bring in her brain tumour) And of course your voice isn't the same with 51. :-) Get used it. This woman is a miracle just being alive and she still sings AMAZING!
