"No one can be certain who next will suffer from some semseless act of bloodshed." send chills spoken by RFK who himself suffer the same fate no more than three months later...Excellent video reproduction...especially the sync of RFK's victory speech moments before his assassination.
Thx. i will pass it on. I really needed a reminder. Its easy to get caught up. I guess i just forgot. With all the bush and reagan and such. I feel it is not about race any more. It feels like it is about poverty. Or the gap between the rich and the poor. I was alive when it wasn't SO bad. Once upon a time...
@baldana Ah thank you sir. Personally I don't think I am the shit, but I've been told by many of my friends that I am the shit. Compliments appreicated.
I saw on TV that funeral moments at the church when I was just 10 or so, and this song was being played then. It really made a mark on my heart and mind. Cant help to be somber everytime I hear this on radio. And today I saw it from your post. Thank you from Manila.
This is an EXCELLENT compilation - even better than the others I've found on here, so far. Thanks for taking the time to make it, and for sharing it with all of us.
I remember when my mom first showed this song, still brings a tear to my eye
