So this is fact the younger you begin the better in shape you will be....under 15 years old you should not train but when you begin to train in early years you can begin with very small like 2-4 kg and then train you way up to massive 30 kg....now i talking about Dumbbells i know a guy that train with 25 kg and he`s arm was huge!!
