In the first episode ever of the show, the IRS agent you are speaking of approaches them and asks them if they want company, where Julia then proceeds to give a long and detailed rant which basically humiliates him, and then later it turns out that the same guy ends up being her IRS Auditor! Just an FYI, and also the guy's name was "Ray Don Simpson"...I love the way Julia says, "RAY DON" Hillarious!
