Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2 Unboxing and power-up

ALRIGHTY. i have sprint, and i got a Sprint Samsung Seek (which is a piece of crap. i was with a friend and fell with it in my pocket, and the microphone broke. also, it has an issue sending text messages.) Does anyone by chance know if a data plan is required for this phone? please answer as soon as possible, thanks, later :)

no htc leather case? i used to work for sprint and as of nov 2009 every htc phone with sprint came out with a free leather case in the box...i just ordered this phone and was expecting the same...what a gib...oh well...at least i still have my htc mogul case...lets hope it fits snug...sprint kills every other carrier

true the speaker is there, but only about 2x2cm near the mute button. i guess this was more about sprint's artistic touch.

Yea im a little disappointed about the case and also the headphones with mic. that is just piss poor for them to take out those items.

Lol, Nah it's not a HTC thing it's Sprint. IF you look at other videos HTC give you a sleve  Leather and Sprint gives you nothing "Seriously Nothing" Yea it fucked up you kickin 600 and they still want to short you...

i hope the verizon version comes built in with 6.5... cant deal with 6.1, its terrible for touch screen phones period and is outdated by newer mobile os's

Rumor has it that Verizon will have this phone over the next 30 days or so. I believe WM6.5 comes out in October-09. Rumor #2 has it that Sprint users get a free upgrade to 6.5, Id guess Verizon would do the same... we'll see.

yea verizons gettin the phone tomorrow so im excited for that and they are dropping it for a reasonable price of 200 while tmobile and sprint want u to sell u wife to get one.....still mad win mob is taking so long to update to current gen, come one msft, i like the zune concept with good browser and all so now move some of zune team to redisign IE mobile and windows mobile in gen damm

All carriers (and HTC) will have 6.5 for FREE on their versions of the TP2.

I have the T-Mobile version. I flashed 6.5 on it. Great OS.

It's an international phone which is why a sim card is included

No microSD included. Yes it has a proximity sensor near the earphone. No front facing cam; the us cell companies don't generaly offer them.
