the man, in that video, sensei Fumio Demura, is my sensei for karate. amazing. he was a stunt double for over 30 movies, won over 400 medals and awards, and 67 trophies, and, you guys won't believe this, he actually introduced Japanese weapons into America. and he is the best Karate Grand Master Champion in the world. holy crap

Yes. Certainy looks like Norris. However, he didnt kick as much as Norris would have.
