@Stickeyjam there actually is mod for that its called Gravity Hull Designator

@Husi09 It still doesn't remove water, only any affects of it. The water is a block, you simply cannot carve away without editing the map or using a very complex serverside mod.

@Stickeyjam i figured out how to keep my underwater base from flooding i had a hallway lead to an elevator to keep the water out and then had a bunch of zombies and zombines try to get me before i got to the elevator its secure cause theres a door before the elevator on both sides

Source engine is not updated with hydrodynamic parameters... the water in the game is really just a fancy "barrier" where "water" exists. It's not "real water" in any sense of that word...

I don't see any reason why we won't, but the version for L4D hasn't been passed over onto Steam, so idk why Valve hasn't worked on the compatibility issues with that game and their other, consistently-updating, content...
