Running with headphones is just stupid. It puts you in a trance that isolates you from sounds you need to hear to stay safe...and alive. So many people killed or injured because they didn't hear a car, bike or in one case in Philadelphia, the cracking of a tree branch overhead. (It fell right on an iPod wearing college girl, killing her.)
