When the police came to my school when I was a child, they had us put them in cuffs and do some restraining moves on them, let us try on their riot gear, etc.

@vjacq88 You can die from being tazed in 2 ways: Having a really really bad heart, OR the operator using the tazer incorrectly. So there is no worry here. People get tazed for fun all the time. 95% of people that have been pepper sprayed and tazed would rather be tazed, it is less painful but more efective for the police.

I get your point because Its common knowledge that this world we live are chalk full of crazies and for the time being a taser is somewhat the least lethal way of subduing an assailant. My beef is that officers as of late have been rather loose in their judgment on whether to use it or not. Stupid vids like this just "trains" us to accept it or when we see someone else on the receiving end of it. Oh and Ive been tased and its NOT pleasant.

Maybe we shouldn't have firefighters demonstrating the power of their engines or martial artists coming to schools and breaking stuff because we might have people scared.
