feeknocks: As a native Texan, I view Rep. Paul as a very intelligent politician and obstetrician but his campaign is irrelevant because he's out of touch. An in-state poll released Feb 1 show him losing badly in his home state to all the other candidates (Romney 30, McCain 29, Huckabee 20, Paul 8). We probably have no friends among the those who declared ideological war on the west many years ago. Paul believes if they are ignored (or negotiated with) they will go away (kind of like the illegal aliens that are overrunning Texas). Paul has a very different view of human nature than I do.
