Hi, i have recently hurt my shoulder and have been told to do some face pulls within my workout plan. In your video I noticed at the peak of contraction your wrists remain in line with your forearm. In alot of videos i have seen on face pulls the person bends the wrists at the peak of contraction, but when i do this it hurts my hand as it bends. Do you think the face pull is effective even with out this wrist bending action? Thanks :)

No super heavy explosive pull-on-the-ropes-don't-care-how-it-looks-bullshit. Very nice contraction and range of motion in a controlled manner. Looking awesome! (I do however guess that a higher pulley would force one to rotate the scapula even more backwards?)
(Girls squats, good mornings and such always looks better aswell because they don't have to show of by trying to go heavier than they can handle.)
