The worst substitution I ever got was I broke a Disney mug that I bought from Disney land so my dad emailed a work college who was going there and asked him to get me a new one. When you order shopping online, there is a section that requires you to tick yes or no to substitutions, if you don't click no to substitutions, they will send them to you. You can also refuse substitutions if you don't want the alternative they have suggested, and they will refund it to you. There endeth the online shopping lesson ;)

Worst Substitution: I tried on a pair of shoes at a store one day but decided not to get them. After thinking about if for a few days I realized I really wanted them. That day I was talking to my friend on the phone and she was out at the store so I asked her to buy the shoes for me and I would pay her back. I told her I needed a size 8.
