as soon as you realize you are just pushing a button that controls some animation you realize you are not even doing anything. physically you are just pushing a button. this is the whole problem with computer based learning compared to hand written and manual work. I don't think computers are as good as manual based learning.
@210482fmj You most likely haven't played many videogames, after doing it for a while it really doesn't feel as ''pressing a button''. No, it feels like you are performing the action correspondent with that button.
ok first of what i seen every game shown on here was made by Nintendo wtf there are games out there that are on different consoles too but it just pisses me off that if someone goes out on a shoot out and every one seems to point there fingers automatically at video games
@masterchief3100 And if u look in to multiple researches, even the "violent and pointless" video games (like: COD, HALO, WoW) can have benefits. The fact is that video games challenge and train the brain, like exercise does with the body. Really, my dad's always saying Im not using my time useful by playing video games, that I'm wasting my time, but if I look at my intellect and compare it with others, Im more likely to be smarter then dumber, and I notice this a lot with other gamers as well.
parents buy games at first so the kids have something to do so they stay out of the parents hair but then after the child has "attached" to playing video games and play it more then interact with other people the parents then look at it as some satins tool for some odd reason that i don't get one bit at all
i think that one problem is that the parents dont look at the childs point of view of the game and get to know the games before they start pointing fingers
haha this is my other account. thank you for the comment. i made this two years ago and youtube only let me put up half of the video back then for some reason. there was more, this does make it look like a wii commercial though hahaha. thanks!
i agree with your points but you didnt include important things like development of strategy, understanding of physics and how things work both in-game and in real life. also seemed like a big wii commercial, other than that, good job, fight for what is right, gamer forever =D
