  • I watched a few of your videos tonight that made me hungry..So i made a chuck steak dinner with Homemade mash potatos.(red potatos) with beef gravy and fresh mushrooms..Hit the spot..

  • Could you please tell me the best way to handle the leftovers (I was not sure if it

    would be best to re-heat it in the oven? If so, how long and at what degrees etc) Thank you for all your help. (I never know best way to handle leftovers and definitely want to try this sandwich. Thanks again!

  • @TheMOstang1 The best way for me to heat leftovers is to line a pan or baking dish with aluminum foil (enough to cover the top, also). Then spread the refrgerated or room temperature leftovers in the foil-lined pan. (If the leftovers are frozen, you need to let them thaw first.) Cover the aluminum foil over the top. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 to 30 minutes. Check to see when the leftovers are steaming hot, and remove them from the oven. You can put several types of leftovers in the same dish.

  • I noticed the pan you sprayed the pam on was really shiny. i use non stick and i notice that sooner or later it always starts to rust. what kind of metal bake-ware do you use? (I love your videos by the way!)

  • Eating large portions of food like this is why a lot of people weigh more than they would like. I don't eat large portions--and I eat a lot of leftovers! Thanks for your comment!

  • @bettyskitchen no it isn't its cos they eat large portions and are too idle and lazy to get off there back side and work it off. fat people are all lazy idle and blame it on everything else but being greedy and lazy. i have huge portions of food like this and weigh 9 stone and im male its just i get of my back side and work it off. for instance boxers constantly eat and put the work in to turn it into muscle and stamina

  • @mastainventa ok some people maybe overweight due to laziness but you weighing 9stone for a male is just as unhealthy the average male should weigh 11.7stones you weigh less then the average woman

  • @memzie1 no it isn't im small for a man my doc says he has never seen a more healthy 32 yr old man. i look 18 and feel 18 and i now weigh 10 stone as ive put on 1 stone of muscle. would you say a welter weight boxer is unhealthy?

  • Looks great! Though, I'm actually looking for a beef recipe. I'm not sure what is is but looks like they boil it, layers etc. Not like a regular beef burger. If you know and actually have done that kind of thing, please link me.

  • You must have a *big* appetite! Yes, the bread is crisp. If you would like it less crisp, you could put the pizza sauce directly on the bread and not brown it off first. Maybe you would like that better...

    One remark though; I think I would prefer the bread crispy but a little less than in your version..it looks as if it is very crispy throughout the whole sandwich..right?
