@Baxteronsteroids I don't know about how "nice" that it was but I'll tell you what, it took a 8k ball on a 30 yard swing a long, long time to get that concrete broke up on the south east side. We ended up using a pulverizer on the ramps at the back but it took some major doing to get it. That whole stadium was tough... The elevator shaft even fought back. It fell the wrong way and ended up in the lower parking lot. We've got to have 1/2 of the stadium hauled out by the 22nd man, it's nuts.
