If you're caught thinking about the fall, then you're going to be more than just thinking about it. "If you're afraid to fall, you fall because you're afraid." I also like to think about how much I'd regret not doing a movement if I became paralyzed by the end of the day. Implausible, but effective.
Just be calm and if you're truly scared or uncomfortable, don't do it.
to get through fear all i do is just hold my breath and do it once i do it the first time and it went good its easy the second time if it doesnt go good then i try again some other time but it usually goes good
just start out doing what you can and up ur challenges, start out slowly and with whats comfortable and then you're progression rate with significantly increase, i just started out, and i was afraid of being on top of and 8 in thick wall 6 feet up, now im jumping off on and to higher walls than that,
Try to do the stuff your scared of over smaller obstacles etc or try and do them in a place where there's grass to make it less scary if you fall etc, just try not to think the worst of things and think logically about what will happen and how you will react

@youngtraceur I use ariakes for about 7 months now the only thing that could be better at it is the front of the shoe (the net thing) And just the front itself they both are a lil weak, And the bottom of the shoe (not the sole) is also a lil damaged.
but for me this shoe works well very leight for a big shoe :)

i think they have great grip. and the mesh lites are super comfortable and flexible.
