Okay, so to fit in with all the people who are standing out, I've got to positively rethink the way that I communicate about my relationships, in order to simplify the success of those around me. Got it.

Great things to try and work on here. I think in daily life, i always simplify, but need to work on the re-thinking of certain practices. I like the last one, about making others around you, just as successful or knowledgeable. You gain more wisdom and good karma when you share that!

the Stand Out/Fit In conundrum is the story of my life!

Since 2007 I have done nothing but simplify as much as possible everything in my life. At the time I was beginning to sense that the complex world we live in was about to get even more complicated...complex processes in personal or professional lives and in businesses make navigating complicated forces out of your control even more difficult.

This made what happened shortly after I decided that and dealing with the last two years easier.

imo, you also need to make it clear that you have no problem working your ass off! or is this part of the winning team part?
