  • Thank you for this! I have tried sooo many stretches for my posterior shin splints, but nothing has worked, as I never feel the stretch in area that is tender. But with these stretches I can finally feel the problem area being stretched! I may be able to finally get rid of this annoying setback now!

  • She's aiight for an old chick

  • She is so fit, I'd put a ring on it!!!!

  • If only I knew this before I went rollerblading and got a shin splint. Next time...

  • i dont take running advice from girls, mainly from real athletic men-this is for little girls

  • these exercises will help but I recommend not doing them until your shin pain is gone. The exercises are designed to help build shin strength so you will no longer suffer from the pains. Running on the treadmill is a much better choice than hard, concrete surface so keep running on the "mill" or if outdoors choose grass or dirt trail.

  • Just a question...will these stretches have any benefit if I already have shin splint pain from running 3 miles on a treadmill? I tried them and they seemed to help, but I don't want to make them worse either. Thanks!

  • very good, this is what my brother's physical trainer told him to do

  • Awesome, thank you. Soccer at times can be a killer on the shins.

  • Those eyes are gorgeous

  • MORE VIDS FFROM THIS HOT MAMMA!

  • Wish I had washed this before I did f* up my shin.

  • I don't believe it, but it's actually helping to relieve any pain that I had -- in addition to some new shoes i bought. Now, you're DEFINITELY hot!

  • @wudaddy Pain relieving? I though this exercise's purpose was to strenghten the antirior tibialis' connective tissue, where your (...or mine) inflamation is. If you want painrelievers, stop running! Milf though!

  • Good advice, can't wait to start doing this!

  • Thanks for the video ... I gotta say tho I've watched about 10 videos now on how to prevent shin splints and no two videos seem to be the same, and they ALL involve doing something that makes you look completely stupid haha. Are you pro runners just having fun with us noobs?

  • @7thAttempt I've been thinking the same thing. Everyone has a different solution. I will just try some and see what works.

  • thank you ..i am really looking for this badly..i got shin splints from last 2 days...this exercises is working ...!!! great!!!
